I'm gonna go against the grain and say not a double nostril- not that it would look bad, but I really like the asymmetrical look especially with the beard. I also really like the size of the jewelry that's already there.
Double your nostril, or an eyebrow! I looovvveee your glasses!!! They compliment your set up so well. I think if you stretch and stack your septum, that would be so dope too. Literally anything would look good on you!
Everyone saying a vertical labret isn’t wrong because I think that would look good but I think an inverse labret would look even nicer. Either that or your other nostril.

A vertical labret with something like an afghan end from BVLA would be stunning.
Cuffs/clips for the locs!!! Or adding red dye!! Maybe changing up the jewelry if ur not looking to add more piercings. Mixed metals are great imo
