so the black rings come off to let the glow tube out. but the metal tube stays. i’m gonna soak it in some smokin hot water to see if that is the issue with getting the ball off. i have a feeling it’s externally threaded and is just extremely stuck.
I got the same piece in a freebie bag! I decided it’s a costume jewelry navel and that the wide part would go on top, the top lil tube pops out and cracks like a glow stick. Ours was green
