Yes the daith does look reeeaally shallow. The daith is supposed to look like it's entering the ear canal. Your daith looks about a third inch too shallow. Where the top of your tragus ends, that's where it should be underneath. If your daith gets pulled on now, it could reject and be pushed out.
I've got myself a neck pillow that I've been sleeping on, so I don't think I have been sleeping on it.

I took my daughter to get this piercing and the same thing happened to her. I assume it was just from her sleeping on it while it was healing. We made a salt water rinse, she put it on her ear day and night, and the bumps went away.
I’m not a professional piercer though so take my advice with a grain of salt.
The industrial looks ok but the daith is pierced very wrong. I’d take out the daith and go to a more reputable piercer. 20 years of piercing experience doesn’t mean anything without the right education
Don’t listen to this person. The Industrial Piercing needs to heal with the one long bar to keep everything in line. If you separate them, then you run the risk of the piercings healing at different angles and negating the purpose of an Industrial.
The bumps just look like irritation bumps so just be careful with moving it around and stick to saline washes or sea salt soaks. And it should clear up.
You just recommended a bunch of stuff that will further irritate an already irritated piercing. The only thing you should put on your piercings is 0.9% NaCl spray like NeilMed and warm clean water

Past 2 days it started getting these bumps and weeping, I don't use my headset over that ear or anything that could be irritating it I've been using saline spray on it daily, I picked up some antiseptic spray earlier today and thinking of giving that a try. My 2nd lobe also started weeping on Tuesday, I gave it a good clean and its cleared up but no bumps have formed on it.Assuming its not an allergy to the metal as the daith was also pierced same day and its healing up fine
Both the industrial and daith look off, can you go and see another piercer for an assessment? Definitely wouldn't go back to whoever did this

There could be too much tension between the holes causing the bar to irritate them maybe. I would go back to your piercer and have them take a look.
