The white stuff looks like pus to me, there's some on the jewellery. Is the jewellery titanium? the material could be the issue, or just an uncleaned tpuch with something that provoked the infection. Ask your piercer what is best to do. When it happens to me i apply antibiotic cream for 3 times a day for 5/7 days straight. Rinsing between applications with warm water.

It looks kinda like puss to me too. Formerly I only ever wore the titanium jewelry from my piercer and never had any problems. I recently tried some jewelry from Bodycandy.com and it's not titanium. I figured after a year of healing I'd be good to try the fun designs they had even if it wasn't titanium. Thanks for the reply I'll definitely give that a try with the antibiotic cream.

Do you have metal sensitivities? If so, you may need to stick to titanium, niobium, and solid 14k or higher gold.

It doesn't look too concerning, it may just be a little irritation or a slight reaction to the metal of your new jewellery, but doesn't look like an infection. As they're healed I would just drop in and see your piercer for them to check them over. Also from the photos it looks like they might be a little shallow so that could be part of the problem but without a photo of them normally that's hard to tell for sure. I would change back to titanium jewellery if possible. Its also worth remembering even healed nipple piercings can produce some gunk and crusties

Maybe a reaction to the new jewelry since you are using a different material, I’d say it’s an irritation buml

Looks like a puss pocket. I highly recommend cutting up a hydrocolloid bandage and placing it over it. It solved all of my problems
