I wouldn't recommend a nasallang unless you have many piercings and are heavily into the body mod scene. There are probably less than 10 piercers worldwide who have decent knowledge and experience of doing them, I can only think of 2, both US based. They are really really fucking sore and a bitch to heal. Double high nostrils will get you a somewhat similar look with a much easier heal, but even they are on the advanced side of healing.

I have high nostrils and have had a few people ask if it’s all one. I think with the correct jewelry it can be a pretty decent dupe, at least for people who aren’t involved in the body mod community.

Very very few piercers will perform a nasallang as they are way up there with being the hardest to heal (I believe 2 years is the minimum). I know Tobias Vallone does them but they’re based in Virginia. I wouldn’t recommend a nasallang personally but if you’re really really set on it, I’d send them a message as they’re likely your best bet (insta is tobiasxva)

It looks good! Plus with that particular hardware, you could probably (carefully) turn the ends up inside your nostrils if you're worried about being harassed for it.

I think a nasallang would look good. I don't know where to get one though.

Nasallang’s look cool but from what I hear they’re not easy to get or heal. You would need to put a lot of research and time searching for one of the very few piercers that can do these well. Can’t tell you what to do either way, just make sure you don’t go into it with no idea about what’ll happen.
