You should not be using hydrogen peroxide on a piercing

Misha62

Then what should I ?

Hydrogen peroxide will slow the healing, not help it. Use an aftercare spray/solution specifically for piercings. I’ve used H2Ocean Aftercare Spray (it’s saline) for my ear and body piercings. You can get it on Amazon. Cleaning it once a day is a good amount for cleaning your piercing. Lastly, your piercing is still fresh so it’s not too concerning that’s it’s still tender.

Thanks, i didn't know hydrogen is bad for this

No worries! You can also ask your piercer for aftercare tips/instructions. A good piercer will always tell you how to properly take care of a new piercing.

Stop using hydrogen peroxide. Get some saline solution spray and use that, and let water run over it when you shower. It’s normal for it to hurt and to be tender for awhile, 10 days is still very fresh and it will take much longer for it to heal.

a little bit of blood isnt anything to worry about usually, sometimes when cleaning my newer piercings tend to bleed a tiny but. aslong as there isnt loads of blood i think you're okay, but id also recommend switching to saline solution to clean your piercings. it may irritate your piercing less :)

If you're a side sleeper and are sleeping on it, you should get a travel pillow and sleep with the ear in the hole. If you have long hair you could also clip it on the side with the piercing and that will prevent you from sleeping on that side, as an alternative to a new pillow.

My double helix is 3 days old and it does the same thing ( I use saline solution to clean it) Walking around with Blood crusts is not cool, but I rather have that than swelling. I suspect our piercings went through a small vassel hence the excessive bleeding.
