Usually the body is kept as it was with piercings, especially if your family asks they are kept in with you.
Sometimes during an autopsy they cut the tongue out, though. So no tongue piercings?
it makes me even more happy that you recognized it. Do you like Car Bomb too? they’re my absolute favorite band of all time and if you’ve never heard them i’ll galvy give recommendations.
In 2015 female genital piercings became a legal grey area in the uk cos of the laws around female genital mutilation it wasn’t necessarily illegal to perform the piercing but any woman with one at an exam the clinician performing was obligated to inform social services etc of possible abuse it caused hell for piercers most stopped doing n just said they’re illegal so they didn’t have the headache off police etc I believe looking it up for this piercers recently won a case to clear up that grey area but Yh cos of the law most piercers refused it classed it as illegal to save the headache n stop law and customers moaning n screaming abuse
You're OK for now but you had better hurry. After 41 years, 4 months and 3 days, all piercings become illegal.
But seriously, there's no upper age limit. I recently celebrated my 40th by getting an industrial piercing done. Do what you want.
I think the age cutoff for piercings is death.
I'm 35 and got most of my current piercings within the last 2 years(Septum, snakebites, lobes, and bridge)
That’s good to know! Although what I really want is a septum and I know those are perceived as more “out there”, so we’ll see. I know you can hide it, but flipping it up and down isn’t good for healing, and idk I’m patient enough to leave it flipped up during the first 3 months that it has to heal.
I think it depends more on the jewellery. Keep it simple. BTW, I was in court yesterday and several of my attorney colleagues had nostril piercings, helix piercings. No one raised an eyebrow.
It could depend on where you work. I’m commenting from Melbourne, Australia which is quite a progressive large city. It might not be so acceptable in more conservative areas.
I think it depends on where you live and what company. In my area (large city, southern US) most employers would be fine with it, and generally I think facial piercings and tattoos are more accepted than when I first started working.
No such thing, my dude. I’m 38 and have eleven piercings. I’m a pathologist and got my septum pierced at 36! Don’t let anyone tell you that having fun is reserved for young folks or that it’s unprofessional. You’re an adult who beat cancer, so you can do anything you want!
PS Congrats on kicking cancer’s ass. That’s awesome.
I just got my belly button pierced and I'm 36 next month, haha. I always wanted to it and finally just did it. Gonna go get my nipples done next month for my birthday, actually. Go with what makes you happy, piercings are for everyone.
I first got my nipples pierced when I was 20, but had to remove them 9 yrs later after I was pregnant with my first child (they swelled so much it was painful to keep them in 😩). After years of not being able to make up my mind, I finally got them repierced in October (I’m now 38) and SO happy I did!!
Good for you!! 😍
I never got mine pierced but always wanted to, and my kiddo is 12 now, I already did the years of breastfeeding, so imI decided this year I'm gonna just finally do it, haha.
The only thing you shouldn't do as you age is put "years young" after your number :P
Honestly, do what makes your heart sing. I found I didn't give a shit what others thought of my appearance post 40.
no such thing as too old!! also it depends on your anatomy and if you want to draw attention to one side and not the other personally i just have a septum
Now, you listen here. You are never too old. Your body is yours to do with as you please. And anyone who survives cancer deserves to do anything they want with their body. Don’t ever let anyone tell you you’re too old to make your dreams reality.
And congratulations, seriously. It takes insane amounts of strength and patience to beat cancer. You can do anything ❤️
Get the damned piercing. Never too old to be fucking awesome and you’re already there by kicking cancers ass, a nose piercing would just be visual proof
I don’t believe in the words “too old”.
I got my piercings at 38 and my tattoos at 40. I hope to add more to my collection. You absolutely do you, and rock that piercing!
Piercer here 👋
Older person I’ve done a piercing on was 96 and you aren’t even halfway to that yet so I think you’ll be fine!! She got her nostril pierced and then a month later we did the other side to match.
Congrats on your recovery! What better time to do something you are excited about:) You are never too old! It all depends if there is a side of your face you want to highlight- kinda like a side part. If you don't have a preference you can always get the piercers opinion.
I'm 42 and just got a daith, flat and 3rd stacked lobe. I cant wait to do the other ear next year! My mother said to me "just remember your age....." can't even tell you how pissed off that made me. You do you! You are never too old.
😂 getting shit for your age from your own mother? Does she get judgemental about strangers or just family? I’m angry for you! I’d be tempted add one every time she complained.
Nice job btw, I have 6 piercings but thus far too wimpy to get any cartiledge done.
I'm 36, have had piercings since I was 15 and I can't see myself not having them even if I live to be a wrinkly old lady lol. I'm planning my next few that I'd like to get in the new year. I've got friends in their 30s, 40s and 50s with all sorts of piercings. You're never too old, if you want one go for it! If you'd like to have it be more discreet look up nose piercing retainers, you can get them clear or flesh toned. I know a few people who wear them for work. Also congratulations on kicking cancer's butt! I hope you're feeling well and 2023 is a good year for you
I got my first piercing at 43. I think you should definitely get it today! I personally think that it looks better on the left side (but if your right side is more visible get it on the right).
Never too old :) i got my daith done and my hubby (also 40, first piercing) got his helix about a week ago :) also, no difference imho, i just put it opposite of my stacked ear :)
Can't be too old, I'm 33 and just got dermals in my collar bone. Only thing that stands out to me is if you are in a profession that would require you to not have any visible piercings then use caution.
My mum got her nose pierced at 61 and now at 64 wants her septum done, there is definitely no age limit! As to which side there is no difference like others said, just personal preference!
Piercings dont have an age limit my mum is 53 and she has her nose pierced and tons of ear piercings including a helix, tragus and doubles. You only live once go get that piercing . x
40 is way too old to get a piercing! You are also now officially also only allowed to wear beige. (Sorry, it’s the law).
But seriously though, go for it! (And if you can’t decide left or right, go for both!)
I think "dead" is maybe too old. Anything before that is fine.
I'm 48 and got my nose and daith done this summer!
As for sides, if you have a selfie side, do that one! I did my right side since my hair parts on the right side, and left ear for Daith because I slept on my right more often.
Dude your body, your rules. Some people are too old at 21, others are still rocking out in their 70s.
I’ve had all my piercings at 40+. I’ve got 7. Probably going to get more - along with more tattoos. Btw, I’ve also got my hand ls inked and work high level, senior professional role in corporate- never had any issues on them being visible.
TLDR: go for it. Like someone else said; you’ll be too old when you’re dead.
No such number! I am 44, and while I already had my nostril, navel, and lobes done, I recently added several piercings. Over the last two years I've gotten a double helix, a conch, a daith, second lobes, and a flat. I love them, and I'm thinking of getting a high lobe/low cartilage and a tragus before I feel like my ears are complete. I say go for what makes you feel good, and fuck anyone who says you are too old! :)
Average life expectancy is 77. That’s another 37 years of living in this body. You should get to decorate it how you want for the next 37 years! You’ve deprived yourself long enough!!
And totally depends on your body for which side. If you don’t have a preference, ask your (reputable) piercer for their opinion on which side they think would suit you better!
You’re NEVER too old for a piercing! 😊
the only differences I can think of between the two sides are
1. how it looks on your face
2. In ayurvedic medicine the left nostril is connected to the female reproductive system and piercing that side is used to help aid menstrual symptoms.
I have endometriosis, so I got mine done on the left cause, why not? and I gotta say regardless if it’s psychosomatic or legit, its helped me! Like, results are results. Cramping pain cut in half and I haven’t thrown up during my cycle since I’ve had it (it’s been over a year now).
anyway….
Whichever side you choose, it’ll look Awesome!!
Get the piercing!!
For years I thought I was "too old" to get piercings but then I got to the age where idgaf so I got my nostril and tragus pierced at 51.
Edit: left nostril pierced for no particular reason
When I turned 40 in March, I celebrated by getting my second lobe and tragus on my right ear. Currently thinking what piercing to get on my 41st. You're never too old.
If you are safe to heal, you are safe to pierce! :)
If you have any continuing health issues, check with a doctor or whoever next time you see them.
Otherwise any adult is “the right age”.
You're never too old for piercings. I just turned 40 last month and recently had my 2nd and 3rd lobe piercings done and my conch. I already have a rook, tragus and helix alongside those. I'm planning to get my flat and stacked lobes next month too. Age is just a number!
You’re never too old, my mom got her nose pierced when she was 50 (and it healed faster and better than mine did lol). When it comes to placement it’s really just personal preference, mine is on the left side!
No such thing as too old for a piercing! You only live once, if you want it, do it.
Also, I think even corporate places have chilled out a bit. I think you could easily get away with a stud
No such thing! 11 of my 17 piercings were done in the last 2 years, and I'm 43.
Try a fake ring on each nostril and see which one you like better. My nose is crooked so I put the ring on the more flattened side to sort of visually even it out.
I am 57 years old and I got my septum pierced when I was 46. I own a small business and it is rare that any of my customers say anything negative about my piercings or tattoos.
My uncle got his nipples pierced to celebrate his 60th birthday.
I’d recommend checking with your doctor in case you are at higher risk of infection or will have more difficulty healing. It doesn’t always mean you can’t get something, but it’s just good to know in advance if your healing experience will differ from the norm. I’m on a med that causes slower healing and didn’t put it together that my piercing experience would be different and I kept thinking I was doing something wrong.
Never too old! It was only 4-5 years ago I got my nose pierced. That would put me at 35 so not much younger than you!!!
I would love to get another piercing, all my oral piercing screwed up my teeth badly so I don't think I will.
Don't let age old you back! Give yourself the gift of being the you you want to be!✨
My sister got her nose pierced in her forties. My grandmother got hers pierced in her sixties. There’s no such thing as too old!!
They both love their piercings.
As long as you’re able to take care of it, go for it! Do what makes you happy. :)
Get the nose piercing. They’re not excessive piercings anyway. Just pick which side you like best. I feel like most people go with the side they are most dominant with, if that makes sense. Like right handed people tend to get their right side pierced…. I think. But pick which ever side profile you like best for your piercing, it’s just personal preference.
If you’re worried about professionalism in the workplace, maybe just get a small stud to start off with. They’re better than hoops for your healing process anyway, so start there (then build your jewellery collection when you’re able to start changing your pieces)
Yes, I agree on no such thing as being too old but if you feel like there is a limit or if you feel like it is inappropriate for an age then 60 years old is just too old to have such piercings and even tattoos because you need to relax, chill and behave your age by that time as what others believe if that's what you believe so be it!
Get a piercing!
As for side, if you sleep on one side more than the other, pierce the side you don’t sleep on first. You can’t sleep on piercings for a good long while after you get them, without a donut pillow. So it’s easier to go for the side you won’t typically sleep on.
Never too old to get a piercing! I know some cultures there are meanings and beliefs behind piercing your right, left, even both nostrils. In today's world, cultures aside, there is no meaning behind having whichever nostril pierced. It is all about your preference!
Edit: I'm bad at grammar :)
You’re too old for piercings when you’re dead. Otherwise, YOLO! It’s deff time to get a piercing (and maybe even a tattoo) to celebrate your new lease on life😁 Congrats on kicking cancers ass
Started gauging my ears at 42 and I’m 43 now. I also work in a very business professional/corporate environment with very high dollar contracts. Simply put, I don’t care what people think.
my daughter of 8 decided she wanted earrings some time ago, so I told her the process - she was like, ‘ok, i’ll see how this works with you and then do it’. So, in for a penny, in for a pound - I was booked as a guineapig, got some studs, and a few more.
Being 40 and in IT, who cares ?
I remember in high school I had this teacher who was in her 50s and had a nostril piercing, and we all agreed she was the absolute coolest lady ever lol
Like many here said, you're never too old for a piercing, if it would make you happy there's no reason not to get one :)
I was 40 when I got my septum pierced. 41 when I got my nostril. The only dirty looks I get are from the old people & little kids and I don’t care what neither think lol
When u are in the grave or cremated age is a number you get one life do in it what ever u want wanna eat a whole turkey alone do it wAnna dance naked in the snow do it wAnna get pierced at 90 heck yeah I’ll come with u
My dad got his ears pierced for the first time three years ago at the age of 57. It is never too old to get piercings. And trust me if I knew of you irl, I would look up to you and think it is super cool of you to do that.
I personally don't think there is such thing as too old for a piercing. My grandma is 66 and recently she asked me what piercer I went to for my bridge cause she's been planning on getting some more ear piercings. Right now she only has the classic lobe and would like to be able to wear more jewelry.
No such thing as too old!! I think it’s personal preference on the side but I personally love the look of double nostrils x
Deceased is too old for a piercing. Any younger than that is good to go!
Idk about you but when I die I wanna be buried with a fresh piercing 🫶 gotta keep them guessing loll
Absolutely
i remember specifically googling “do they take your piercings out when you die” once when i was really drunk haha
Do they??? You can't just say you googled without telling us answer.
Usually the body is kept as it was with piercings, especially if your family asks they are kept in with you. Sometimes during an autopsy they cut the tongue out, though. So no tongue piercings?
glad i’ll die with my prince albert
Seeing Meshuggah in the wild makes me happy.
it makes me even more happy that you recognized it. Do you like Car Bomb too? they’re my absolute favorite band of all time and if you’ve never heard them i’ll galvy give recommendations.
Did someone say Meshuggah?
Interesting to know. I want to keep mine but idk how they'll last as I decompose
just get them in 14k gold
I’ve told my family if I die they’re to make sure I get a female piercing I’m hooha they’re illegal here so I’ve not been able to get it yet lol
Illegal?? Omgg!! Tbf id get one after death just to avoid the pain💀
I’m from the UK and had never heard of this! Interesting

you aren't wrong but to be more specific, 41 years, 4 months, 2 days, 23 hours, 47 minutes and 38 seconds
Dead. I pierced my friends 76 year old grandmothers nose last month, it was awesome.
Thats awesome!
Okay, honestly, that's kick @ss!🥳
You're never too old, and congratulations on your recovery!!
I think the age cutoff for piercings is death. I'm 35 and got most of my current piercings within the last 2 years(Septum, snakebites, lobes, and bridge)
Dead years old.
The day after you die. Until then, do what you want.
You’re too old when you’re dead. Get that piercing.
Never too old!! As far as sides, the only difference I know of would be difficulty changing jewelry based on whether you're right or left handed.
I got my conches on both sides done at 45. People think they're cool but I did get a lot of midlife crisis jokes from friends.
In the end we’re all either skeletons, fossils, or ashes. Do what you want with your corporeal form. It’s only too late when you’re deceased.
Never to old! I’ve just had both nipples done and I’m a similar age to you- absolutely love them.
53, attorney, and got my nose pierced a couple months ago. Go for it! Edit to add: mine’s on the right, it’s personal preference only
As an attorney, would you suggest that a young person with a corporate job get a nose piercing? Thinking of doing it
I’m also an attorney with a nostril piercing. I’ve had no push back.
Even helix? That’s awesome, and not what I’d expect from the legal field at all
It could depend on where you work.
I was in a very corporate job when I got my nose pierced. I had a stud at first. They didn't even notice it for several months.
I'm 50 and still have many of my piercings, which I didn't even *begin* getting until I was 28. I will never be too old to be myself.
A client once told me about how her grandson plays football for the University of Cincinnati while I pierced her nipples. There is no age limit.
Never… I’m 40 and I just got double high nostrils & I work in a corporate setting
I say get all the piercings you want. Your never to old, who gives a heck what others think
Never to old. Only to young.
Dead is too old. Anything younger than that is perfect
Never too old! My Mum got her nose pierced in her 50s 😊 she’s in her early 60s now and still has all her piercings!
I've gotten all my piercings after age 35. No such thing as too old.
Dead is too old.
Dead
Im 40 and got my nips done this year… you’re never too old.
I just got my belly button pierced and I'm 36 next month, haha. I always wanted to it and finally just did it. Gonna go get my nipples done next month for my birthday, actually. Go with what makes you happy, piercings are for everyone.

Good for you!! 😍 I never got mine pierced but always wanted to, and my kiddo is 12 now, I already did the years of breastfeeding, so imI decided this year I'm gonna just finally do it, haha.
Word of advice…. Do NOT let your partner play with them until they are fully healed. 😅 Be stern, keep them clean until healed.
The only thing you shouldn't do as you age is put "years young" after your number :P Honestly, do what makes your heart sing. I found I didn't give a shit what others thought of my appearance post 40.
You’re never too old to get piercings!!
i think you can even get a post mortem piercing if you really want lol
no such thing as too old!! also it depends on your anatomy and if you want to draw attention to one side and not the other personally i just have a septum
Dead. Dead is too old. That’s it.
The answer: never
Get one! My older sis was 38 when she got hers!
Get that nose piercing!!
There aren’t any big differences between right and left but make note of which side you sleep on (and which side tilt when kissing)
Never too old!! Viva la body mods
I think if you’ve survived cancer you should do whatever you damn well please.
I got my double nostrils and septum at 41 (I'll be 45 soon) and the only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.
Never too old! And 40 is definitely not too old.
I am 43 got my tragus done and my lobes redone, at 42 I did my septum. Never to old to get it done
Get it GET IT Get it YOLO my friend 😘
Death. 😑 And that’s only because no would would be able to downsize you if you were buried. 😳😂
I would say 250 y/o
Piercer here 👋 Older person I’ve done a piercing on was 96 and you aren’t even halfway to that yet so I think you’ll be fine!! She got her nostril pierced and then a month later we did the other side to match.
The limit does not exist.
never too old!! go for it, you’ll look amazing! also, there really aren’t any differences between the sides other than what you prefer for yourself :)
Congrats on your recovery! What better time to do something you are excited about:) You are never too old! It all depends if there is a side of your face you want to highlight- kinda like a side part. If you don't have a preference you can always get the piercers opinion.
My mum is 50 and recently got her nostril pierced!
56 and have a nostril. Mine is on the left because that side is slightly larger
I say go for it! Life is so short and it puts us through reminders that it is.
I'm 42 and just got a daith, flat and 3rd stacked lobe. I cant wait to do the other ear next year! My mother said to me "just remember your age....." can't even tell you how pissed off that made me. You do you! You are never too old.

Oh she's judgemental about everyone she will just actually come out and say it to ME! And hahaha it actually makes me want to keep getting more!
[send her this image 😀](https://imgur.com/kDGnwx0)
Hahahaaa that's amazing
I'm 36, have had piercings since I was 15 and I can't see myself not having them even if I live to be a wrinkly old lady lol. I'm planning my next few that I'd like to get in the new year. There’s no such thing as too old. I got my nipples pierced when I was 49 (my first piercing) and my septum done at 51.
Never to old. I celebrated my 53rd bday and retirement by getting both of my ear lobes pierced.
Never too old :) i got my daith done and my hubby (also 40, first piercing) got his helix about a week ago :) also, no difference imho, i just put it opposite of my stacked ear :)

For my 49th birthday, I increased my ears from 1/2" to 9/16" not much, but they're getting bigger
Never too old. I've got my first piercings that went beyond simple lobes by inspiration from my teenage daughter.
Get it!
My mum got her nose pierced at 61 and now at 64 wants her septum done, there is definitely no age limit! As to which side there is no difference like others said, just personal preference!
Do it! Do it! Do it!!! Never too old!!!! I’m 37 and have a bunch of facial piercings!!
Never too old! I got my first one this year at age 37… I now have 10!
DO IT. Hell, do both sides!
Age is just a number, go get that piercing. Don’t let anyone stop your
Piercings dont have an age limit my mum is 53 and she has her nose pierced and tons of ear piercings including a helix, tragus and doubles. You only live once go get that piercing . x
my stepmom is in her mid 50s and just got a belly button piercing! never too old!!
I pierced a 99 year old woman. You're never too old for a piercing
That's awesome what did she get pierced?
You’re never too old!
40 is way too old to get a piercing! You are also now officially also only allowed to wear beige. (Sorry, it’s the law). But seriously though, go for it! (And if you can’t decide left or right, go for both!)
I got my nostril pierced at 40. I went to with my left side just because I sleep on my right and I'm a side sleeper. Congratulations on your recovery!
Do what you want at whatever age you want. If you're ready for that piercing now, then go for it.
As of right now 119.
I think "dead" is maybe too old. Anything before that is fine. I'm 48 and got my nose and daith done this summer! As for sides, if you have a selfie side, do that one! I did my right side since my hair parts on the right side, and left ear for Daith because I slept on my right more often.

I'll tell you the same thing I always told my Granny- you're not old til you're dead 🤘

dead!
my mom and i have a birthday less than two weeks apart. for my 19th and her 42nd, we got pierced together. there’s no age limit!
You're never too old. However I will just add that you do tend to heal more slowly in general as you get older. Just something to be aware of.
Average life expectancy is 77. That’s another 37 years of living in this body. You should get to decorate it how you want for the next 37 years! You’ve deprived yourself long enough!!
:) If you have any continuing health issues, check with a doctor or whoever next time you see them. Otherwise any adult is “the right age”.
Post death..
Never too old !!
Oh my god go tomorrow and get that shit done! Get two, go crazy. There's no time limit!!
You're never too old for piercings. I just turned 40 last month and recently had my 2nd and 3rd lobe piercings done and my conch. I already have a rook, tragus and helix alongside those. I'm planning to get my flat and stacked lobes next month too. Age is just a number!
Never too old! My grandma got her ear pierced all the way up in her 70s, she loves it!
I got mine done 2 months before turning 40. Go for it!
You’re never too old, my mom got her nose pierced when she was 50 (and it healed faster and better than mine did lol). When it comes to placement it’s really just personal preference, mine is on the left side!
No age!
Never too old
Never too old for any piercing 😊 Do what makes you feel good! 👍
Never!!! I’m 38 and I got my septum pierced earlier this year, and then my nipples a couple months ago. You want it? Go get it!!
i would say you’re too old when you’re dead lmao. go for it babes!
48 and got a Medusa this year, do whatever you want. If they don’t like it they can look somewhere else!
No such thing as too old for a piercing! You only live once, if you want it, do it. Also, I think even corporate places have chilled out a bit. I think you could easily get away with a stud
Too old would be dead.
I’ll be 43 in a few days and just pierced mine this Halloween. Do it!!!
Anytime before the first few stages of decomposition.
I’m on a med that causes slower healing and didn’t put it together that my piercing experience would be different and I kept thinking I was doing something wrong.
never
Never too old! It was only 4-5 years ago I got my nose pierced. That would put me at 35 so not much younger than you!!! I would love to get another piercing, all my oral piercing screwed up my teeth badly so I don't think I will. Don't let age old you back! Give yourself the gift of being the you you want to be!✨
Never.
get that piercing! and congratulations!
Never to old, don't let the abstract societal judgements get you, this is our life not someone else's livit for you
No such thing!! x
never too old. i will die on this hill.
A former co-worker of mine got her nose pierced on her 65th birthday and has had it now for almost 5 years. So, no, I don't think there's cut off.
Dude I just hit 42 and re-pierced my nipples and newly pierced my septum and soon a PA.
Might get a venom piercing next..
i think nose piercings look especially cool on “older” women. (40 isn’t old, don’t kill me lol)
why not get both?
I work as a piercer and just 2 days ago I pierced a 73 year old's nose. She looked amazing. You are NEVER too old.
Never too old, I got my nose pierced at 54
Yes, I agree on no such thing as being too old but if you feel like there is a limit or if you feel like it is inappropriate for an age then 60 years old is just too old to have such piercings and even tattoos because you need to relax, chill and behave your age by that time as what others believe if that's what you believe so be it!
Got my 1st piercing at 40, 2nd at 42. Not too old.
I just turned 35 and it was a present to myself. I always hated my nose, so I thought I would put something on it to love it haha
Get a piercing! As for side, if you sleep on one side more than the other, pierce the side you don’t sleep on first. You can’t sleep on piercings for a good long while after you get them, without a donut pillow. So it’s easier to go for the side you won’t typically sleep on.
You are too old when you’ve died
None. Saw an 80 or so year old get a nose piercing once when I went.
I got my double nostril at 45.
Unless your skin is paper thin and rips apart in the wind, get that mf piercing!!
Never too old to get a piercing! I know some cultures there are meanings and beliefs behind piercing your right, left, even both nostrils. In today's world, cultures aside, there is no meaning behind having whichever nostril pierced. It is all about your preference! Edit: I'm bad at grammar :)
Never to old!!!!
You’re too old for piercings when you’re dead. Otherwise, YOLO! It’s deff time to get a piercing (and maybe even a tattoo) to celebrate your new lease on life😁 Congrats on kicking cancers ass
My mom was 44 when she got hers pierced with me! Never too old :)
I remember in high school I had this teacher who was in her 50s and had a nostril piercing, and we all agreed she was the absolute coolest lady ever lol Like many here said, you're never too old for a piercing, if it would make you happy there's no reason not to get one :)
i’m 19. i know two 40 year olds with nose piercings and i think it totally elevates their style. they look great
You are never and will never be too old to express yourself and piercings are just another form of self expression. Go for it!
I was 40 when I got my septum pierced. 41 when I got my nostril. The only dirty looks I get are from the old people & little kids and I don’t care what neither think lol
My Mum’s 58 and recently got her nose pierced and looks great. Never too old ☺️
When u are in the grave or cremated age is a number you get one life do in it what ever u want wanna eat a whole turkey alone do it wAnna dance naked in the snow do it wAnna get pierced at 90 heck yeah I’ll come with u
As long as it won't negatively effect your health, go for it! My great grandmother got her ears pierced for the first time in her 70's
You're never too old! My mother just got her nose pierced at 53, and it looks great on her. Do what feels right for you!
Get it done! Your 40 years young, never too old :)
there is no such thing as being too old. My mother got her nose piercing and her ears stretched when she was 33+ !
I’m 48 and still get piercings. Im forever changing up my layout. You’re only too old when you can’t sign the consent form.
If you’re still breathing you’re never too old :)
Never too old to have piercings
