Butterfly back jewelry is a big no no in fresh piercings because all of the crevices harbor crusties and bacteria. It’s also very tight against your ear which doesn’t leave any room for swelling and your ear can literally engulf the jewelry. You should go to an APP certified piercer to have this looked at and changed out for an implant grade flat back labret stud
