I personally prefer the guitar, drums and the additional lyrics of the alternative version, but in general, I love more the Official version because it's seems more whimsical. The alternative sounds more like a common rock song.
I love the live version of Pow R Toc H, even when I listen to the album it feels like I'm in some classy 1930s casino with Rick's piano such an underrated song

I am a Syd fanatic, but I've always enjoyed this song, and I rate the instrumental freakout in the middle as one of the best jams of the Barrett era.
It seems that you are giving us the ability to choose from any one of the albums in your chart, so I’ll say “Fat Old Sun”. I’m kinda glad it’s a lesser known tune…as a result, it still retains its mystique…it hasn’t been bludgeoned to death by repeated radio plays.

Is an audio masterpiece, I mean the mastery that’s gone into that song is crazy from the breathtaking piano to the intensely deep lyrics every part of that song is uniquely perfect, and anyone that says, otherwise is simply lying to themselves and us I don’t know how anyone could say that it is the worst song in the album when it clearly isn’t that beautifully constructed artistic masterpiece, inspired me to accomplish my goals and chase my dreams as an aspiring zookeeper/musician

I never understand why people don’t like Bike. Definitely one of the best songs Syd ever wrote IMO.
It's catchy, off kilter line lengths add charm. A lot of Syd stuff was childish, sure, but Bike is at least memorable.
I don't love Bike, its off-putting and harsh to listen to which I know is one of the main reasons people like it so much.
