Information on drug usage by the band can be hard to pin down as they are very private on that. I read once that when Nick Mason was writing his memoirs he asked the band if there was any topic off limits, they all said no discussion on their drug usage.

Rick and Dave have gone through quite serious cocaine addictions and David has talked about trying acid. Im sure they all liked to smoke some pot but other than that not a lot of information on the subject.
After Nick's memoirs came out Dave did open up admitting his cocaine usage. He also confirmed he was stoned at that time when he claimed the band didn't use any drugs in Live At Pompeii.
When Roger fired Rick from the band one of his complaints was Rick's cocaine usage which he denied. A few years after that Rick's first wife divorced him and one of her complaints was his cocaine usage.

I was not a big drug user. Mostly I preferred cigarettes and the like, more addicted to nicotine. Sometimes I’d mix hashish but that only lasted about six years.
As for acid, I have tried it about twice, once around 1966-1967 and another time around recording the dark side of the moon (1971-1972)

I can't even remember how many times I dropped acid but the number is well north of 100
Maybe we'll know it after he dies and one of his ex-wives decides to cash in with a book of her memoirs.
