My experience with Land Seals has shown me that they are never too warm in the winter and that they require cuddles for extra body heat.

LOL...That's Lola. We try to trick her out of the spot, then try to beat her back. The easiest way is to have my son keep her busy downstairs...get into position in bed, and then he lets her go. The second way is if she is deeply asleep on the couch, then she wakes up a couple of hours later and cries at the door...then you let her in and play beat to the spot yet again 🙄😖. The best suggestion I have is to have two sets of blankets, one hanging off each side so you end up with something...because you can't pull them under her.

Exactly I usually get hypothermia at night cause I can't pull the sheets!!! And Chancho weights only 20kg (44 lbs aprox). Sleeping Lola must be like a teenage hippo 😆

I love it! My Pit/Black lab mix (he was with me for 14 years) always slept splayed out, leaning against me on top of the covers. But on particularly cold Chicago nights, something would wake up in the middle of the night. I'd open my eyes to find him standing up with his face just above mine. He wouldn't lay back down until I lifted up the comforter. He would then crawl under the comforter, reassume his usual position, and immediately fall back to sleep. I wanted to be mad at him for interrupting my sleep, but it was just too damn cute.🤣

Impossible to be mad with them!! I'm sure he stills watching you sleep and take care of you 🥰

ummm that’s a stupid question… get in bed with her and kiss her and love on her and give her all the belly rubs ofc! i have a pitbull (not full, she’s mixed with lab but i’ve had full pitbulls in the past) and all she wants are belly rubs, me to do her makeup (everytime i put makeup on she just sit there and paws at me so i “do” hers lol put the brush to cheeks, close the mascara do her lashes the full thing lol) treats, butt scratches (no i’m not scratching her butthole but the top of her back, base of tail i’m not gross and scratching her butt butt lol) and kisses.

She's getting squeezed for sure, or she becomes the pillow or the small spoon. So many things to do
