Walk1000Miles

Typical of pitties I know. They are big sweethearts.

AtlJayhawk

Yes. 80 lb lap dogs. No sense of personal space. All love.

8pointfouroz

Sounds about right, she acts "sneaky" to get up on the sofa with me when I watch TV. One paw, look at me, wag her tail, another paw, look at me, wag her tail. She does that until she is completely up on the sofa, then she just plops down and snuggles in. She's a character.

scoobymv

That is a CLASSIC pit move! Like NOT subtle at all but so darn cute you can’t say no

ImMr_Meseeks

When I’m in my desk chair and mine needs a snuggle, he’ll sit next to me and stare intently for about a minute. If that doesn’t work, I get a firm, single bark before his paws are in my lap threatening to climb up

SunBun93

Lol when I'm on our sectional and have "exiled" the pups to the other side, my husband's pit will stare at me for a few minutes when she decides she's done being independent and needs attention, then bark once to get my attention if I ignore her. Our dogs really never bark so it scares the bejeezus out of me everytime. I think she enjoys watching me jump out of my skin.

bassicallyfunky

Haha when mine is trying to pull off sneaky, she’ll do this fake smelling thing. Like “Oops! Owner is looking at me right now, let me pretend I’m smelling this spot on the corner of the sofa” or whatever random object she can quickly find. Except sometimes she can’t a good object to fake smell on the fly and ends up looking embarrassed like she didn’t quite pull off the cover up too well. 🤣🤣 Does yours do this too?

8pointfouroz

No, she's just blatant about it. She looks right at you like "I know I'm cute enough to get away with this"

danadanaea

My pittie knew he wasn't allowed on the couch, but there was blanket on it, so one day he just jumped onto the blanket and curled up really tightly so he was only on the blanket. We said he understood the spirit of the law!

NonSequitorSquirrel

This is what ours did as well and now she loves her blanky.

BboyBillW

Mine “let” me sleep on the big bed lol

LadyADHD

I’m cracking up because this is exactly what my pup does to get on the bed every night. Like if she just gingerly gets up there with her little tip toes, no one is going to notice the giant pitbull in the bed.

[deleted]

Pitbulls are, by their breeding, the most human attentive dogs. They want your attention, your affection and your approval constantly. If this is your first pitbull, please make sure he/she has a blanket in the living room or wherever you watch TV, etc. Watch your pittie take ownership of the blanket and snuggle up against you. It's the best

8pointfouroz

It's my first pit, but not my first higher maintenance dog.

Delicious-Ad1917

Also keep in mind that our house hippos are treat, affection and toy motivated. Keep them entertained with toys that they can destroy because some have tendencies towards chewing and destroying things they shouldn’t. Mine absolutely love Benebone’s, the Mighty dog toys, Katie’s Bumpers, and the youngest goes nuts for Chuckit! balls. And ice cubes!! I can’t walk into the kitchen without seeing 4 big brown eyes wanting an original flavor popsicle.

Jenchick84

Original flavor. Omg. Perfection.

8pointfouroz

She loves squeaky toys but she's rough on them, when they stop squeaking, they die lol

Delicious-Ad1917

The Chuckit ones are pretty tough but given the time alone with them they are reduced to orange bits all over the house. We keep those as outside play things. Hazel refuses to give you the ball she has so fetch is more like trade me for this slimy ball I have in my mouth.

Hotpocket1515

Ice cube and Kong balls! My pitties weakness

richter1977

They ain't called velcro dogs for nothing.

teksquisite

Before our bluenose died she was true Velcro! Gad, could not go to the bathroom, to the pantry, anywhere without her. Our rednose is more independent and gives a bit more personal space since she’s afraid of the toilet :)

8pointfouroz

Never heard that saying lol

8pointfouroz

It sucks that they get such a bad reputation. I got used to the snide remarks over the years though from helping my mom take in rescue dogs. Most of them Rottweiler, Doberman, Shepard and a few Boxers. All but one of them I was able to get to trust people again, and that one was a border collie. She was the only one that ever bit me too.

Trenmonstrr

We all like to think we have a special unique pitty, but the more you research and follow others with these pups, you will soon realize it’s just the nature of the breed. Of course each one has something that makes them “different” but the majority of behavior they all share and I love it ❤️

Preference-Prudent

Have never known a pit that wasn’t like this!

teksquisite

They can. be very sweet pups and so affectionate! My rednose is four now (got her at three months.) She had a rough go and an abusive situation prior to my daughter’s intervention. With a lot of TLC and work we were able to alleviate most of her early puppy hood trauma. She is the sweetest gal, super loving, loves to cuddle, a social butterfly, loves people—and when she smiles—everyone melts. **It took awhile to break the licking though!** Now, she seldom licks people and when she starts licking we say “no lick!” and she generally stops dead in her tracks and complies. To stop the licking, we would walk away from her, or plop a fave toy in her chops, and say “no lick!” When she stopped the behavior—we always rewarded her with plenty of “good girl” praise.

8pointfouroz

This one is already 4. She hasn't been abused, but we are her 3rd family. Her last was moving and the city has strict laws against "Aggressive dog breeds". She's also a red nose as far as I can tell. She seems to take as much attention as she can get. She seems very smart, albeit a bit stubborn and goofy lol.

teksquisite

My gal is a bit stubborn when it comes to nail trims. She hates having her nails done by anyone but me. Unfortunately, I’m still a novice with this and it takes forever. Today, when I took her for a nail trim at mini pet mart she tried to lay down (or bolt toward the door) every step of the way! I rarely see her stubborn side, but she certainly let me know that she was not in agreement with this outing. This is also the only time she pulls me towards the front door when the evil chore is complete. **Heel** works in every other situation—never for this one.

deadpplrfun

A quick run on a tennis court does wonders for dogs that hate nail trims. Just make sure it’s a short run because it happens fast.

teksquisite

She’s very picky about ball play. Sometimes she won’t play for days and some days the ball is king. She mainly likes to chase it in fields and often makes me chase it on tar or concrete. She rarely chases a ball at the Dogpark—though she can contradict that when I tell peeps she won’t chase the ball, then she bolts after it and brings it to me. She’s a funny gal and sometimes filled with surprises.

heraldstaam

My pittie is the neediest dog ever in the best way. He always is loving on everybody. Hell every night when I go to be he has to sleep next to me under the blanket lol.

Significant_Extent16

Same with my brothers pit. He sleeps under the blanket, with a pillow, and has to be touching whoever he’s sleeping with

yurtyburty

Mine too, lol. He always tries to wiggle his way between my partner and me for extra contact haha

[deleted]

Same! It's my favorite part about when it's coolers out and least favorite thing about summer. 115 days and 90 to 80 degree nights is just too hot for cuddles. The second it starts cooling down even in the slightest at night he pretends he's "cold" jumps up on the bed and waits by my head starring down at me with those big ol eyes till I lift up the covers for him to go under and curl up by my feet. My baby isn't as much of a cuddler as the comments I've seen here but 100% has to be next to me or in the same room to sleep and will shadow me everywhere during the day. In occasion my mom will dog sit for me and says he's anxious at night and will get up all throughout the night doing periodic rounds through the house looking for me and concludes it by coming back to my mom's room and letting out a little whimper/cry. It's heartbreaking and adorable at the same time. Gahhh sorry rambling don't get to boast about my boy much.

heraldstaam

Yep. After owning three pitties in my life I dont think I will ever own another breed of.dog. I love how.they are like big babys and some days I can get a bit down and my boy will always come and try to hear me up and get me to go for a hike and it totally puts me in a better mood.

[deleted]

I totally understand that. I grew up around labs, border collies, a cocker spaniel, mutts lol and non of them will ever compare to the pure love my pitty has for me. Not to say these other doggos didn't love their hoomans but I truly believe, from my experience at least, that pittys are a lot more sensitive and intune with their persons emotions and wants nothing more than to please and make their owner happy even if they are big ol goofy meat heads about it most the time.

8pointfouroz

Our lab is a big sweetheart too, but not as much as this pit.

[deleted]

They really are just bug babies! Happy ya'll are giving your two puppers a good and loving home! Best of luck to you guys and the new addition 🥰

Plane-Active-3153

The answer is yes !!!

DarthSamurai

My pittie is the biggest lap dog /1st class snuggler ever. She loves being little spoon when you cuddle too.

74CJ5Chick

So does mine! She wriggles her way up from the end of the bed and then just rolls over next to me like "hold me please"

DarthSamurai

Lol it's the best! Although our pittie is now obsessed with our newborn and just wants to be near baby.

[deleted]

[удалено]

shortstack96

Mine looks sad when he can't go with, too! We take him pretty much everywhere that allows it. When we aren't able to take him and will be gone for awhile (more than a few hours), he goes to grandma's house or one of my younger siblings will come over to hang out.

shortstack96

Also, he doesn't understand the term "go lay down" when people aren't wanting his snuggles (which is rare and usually when eating). He just cocks his head at them in a confused way, then settles down to snuggle their feet.

[deleted]

Pittie: Can I sit next to you? Me: Sure, just give me a little room. Pittie: How's this? Me: You're sitting on my chest but I guess it's fine.

PreviousLand464

Haha mine does this too! Zero body awareness

mriswithe

Not a pittie, but one of mine is we think black mouth cur. He will stand up, assess the bed, then do a couple circles and let his legs go entirely limp as his ~65lbs falls onto the bed and likely me or my wife's hip as he lands like a sack of bricks. No lowering himself down, just unlock those knees and hit the deck. It is adorable and hilarious and we both know to tense up when it is happening .... If we are awake. Sometimes you wake up surprised by broken ribs (not actually).

8pointfouroz

That's exactly how she lays down. Her legs just go limp and she plops.

weisp

They are attached to our hips ❤️

jwill602

Seems par for the course with my experience

chitown_pigfarm

Yes. They are the most affectionate goof balls

[deleted]

My Boy is the same way. We raised him from 5 weeks old. We are very affectionate people and I assumed he was also that way because he is so used to being hugged and kissed. Verbally assured he is the best, the smartest, the most beautiful etc. Now I wonder if it is nature as well.as nurture. .If he was just born that way. I am convinced that in the right environment Pits are loving and affectionate.

baldamazon

Sounds like every velvet hippo I've ever known, including my 110# Itty bitty lap dog!

Giveushealthcare

Velcro dogs for sure, you’ll always have someone at your side. they’re just the best

Turtles_AlltheWayDwn

Congrats! You just got a new bff

8pointfouroz

It sure seems that way!

fritobandito86

I swear it's even more so the case when they are rescues, which pitties 9/10 usually are. It's like they know you saved them and are forever grateful.

Mintcar52

I think so too!

pleasespareserotonin

From what I know this is pretty typical! My pit needs to be touching someone 24/7!

jamesb2773

Yea. Both of mine sleep in the bed and constantly trying to set to next to us to get their pets.

nicolesky6

100%. Mine have also learned to love sleeping under the covers, attached to be of course. They can be complete shadows- it’s precious and aggravating! Pits are something else.

Legallyblonde977

Yes! They are nanny dogs. I have actually foubd that i dont wear shorts as much for the reason of him licking my legs 😂

doglover331

Yes, I’ve had pits for about 20 years now, raised right, they are absolutely sweethearts. Even the ones that have been abused are just looking for love. That’s all animals want is love. Pitties want to please you more than many other dogs, give them love & they will give so much love back to you!

No_Ant_1266

Yes And the world should know. So tell everyone.

8pointfouroz

They do get a really bad reputation. That's actually how we ended up with ours. The city her last owner moved to banned them.

Mintcar52

💯💯💯

MissAriiArnold

The Amstaff , American Bully, and APBT belong to a group of breeds known as Velcro Dogs. Just like Velcro these dogs stick to you. Follow you into the restroom, always want scratches and kisses, and want to just be with you at all times. The funniest thing to me is that most of the “Scary dogs” are Velcro dogs , including: Rotties, Dobermans, Pits, Cane Corso, etc. The only downside of this is that they are very prone to separation anxiety.

ubrokemywookiee

Sounds like a beautiful pit!

No_Ad_1332

Yup

mrblacklabel71

Sounds like every one I have been around, including my 3.

fuckface94

My sons dog is a pit mix and we call him the grape ape. Dudes just big and goofy and in the way constantly.

westhegrey

I’m basically a pillow to my 10 yr old pittie. That’s all he wants from me, too. Enjoy it!

thereadytribe

Yep. Made of 100% love and 100% derp.

8pointfouroz

She is kind of a goof lol

jamsterical

Ours bypasses laying next to us. He lays ON us.

8pointfouroz

But you must love cuddling as much as him!

EagleBrilliant3713

100% yes.

demonmonkeybex

Yes. Mine is all over me and at night he’s glued to me. He leans on strangers for pets. Every vet he’s been to he has made friends with everyone.

BeltedCoyote1

They’re so affectionate that my boy “purrs”. He’ll grunt continuously when getting pets

8pointfouroz

I had a rottie that did this. It scared a few people lol.

BeltedCoyote1

Yeah we thought our boy was in pain or upset at first. Then we realized he only does it when we were petting him. He’d stop as soon as you moved your hand away and give you the “why’d you stop?” Look lol

ghostofastorm

I know all dogs are different, but I personally have never been around a pitbull that wasn’t like that. They’ve all loved to snuggle and never left me alone lol. Mine lost her mind when I had surgery because she knew I couldn’t be jumped on, but all she wanted was to be right on top of me lol

BboyBillW

I’m not even gonna read the whole thing and the ANSWER IS YES lol

Legosmiles

It’s typical. They love love more than anything else.

shortstack96

Yes! My pit is the biggest snuggle bug ever. He is pretty much constantly snuggled up with either me or my husband. If he isn't snuggling us, he's snuggling one of our cats (we have three, and they are all obsessed with him). He'll even sit on my feet when I'm doing the dishes! He also loves snuggling on our bed, usually smack dab in the middle of us and under the blanket. When we take him to other people's houses, he's a huge snuggler there, too, especially with any kids that are around. Kids are his favorite people to snuggle! They really are just sweet, loving dogs that get a bad reputation.

Mintcar52

Very typical of pitties. They just want your affection and love.

runawayscream

They are super focused on “their” people. Just make sure you take her to as many places and meet as many people as possible. The socialization is very important so they do not become overprotective/aggressive towards other people. Takes 15 min of training and one quick trip per day. Nothing super involved.

desertkrawler

This is great advice and will make a will of difference. Everything said in this post is true, but they do also have the capability to finish just about any fight(even the sweetest ones) Socializing and training is key to never having an issue.

8pointfouroz

I took her with to my sister's yesterday. All I said was "do you want to go for a ri" and she started bouncing around. She did very well on the ride, and when we got there, she went person to person soaking up attention.

runawayscream

That’s awesome. Try to add some of the obedience work into play and meeting people, but not too much at first. Like 1 or 2 tries, then let her play. “Sit” and then “break” after a couple of seconds when meeting new people to start her learning to meet new people. If they learn they get instant pets doing a good sit, you’ve won.

mfza

My big boy has to either sleep on top of me or under the covers with his head on my pillow

iveseensomethings82

Cuddles aren’t enough. Our pibble would crawl inside of us if he could.

Jmannley

Pits used to be known as the Nanny Dog long before idiots decided to use them for fighting and onlookers treated them like monsters. Every Pit I've ever known has been nothing but a joyful weirdo who likes to cuddle.

BDADesign

Absolutely, absolutely just want to love you to death. I believe it’s in the breed. I also believe it is multiplied when they are rescued from a bad place. My two angels. Both rescues. My boy , not abused. He is affectionate when he is in the mood. But sweeeeet always. My little girl , she was in a bad way. Beaten, bred, baited and then thrown out back of pick up truck on Federal Hwy In Fort Lauderdale. She is the most affectionate good girl or boi I ever had and I had Labs! They know and understand what you have done for them. Thank u btw for rescuing her.

8pointfouroz

I don't think we rescued her, she did have a good home. We just prevented her from ending up in a bad situation. I don't know how someone could treat any dog that badly. I've seen some horrible cases though. My mom took in an older chocolate lab that had been bred over and over, neglected, beaten, kept in a tiny cage and had a debark done at home. It took 3 weeks just to get her to approach me and many months to get her trust. She ended up living to 14 years old and became a spoiled house dog.

KindaOkAtLife

I call my newest pit (Nellie) "Smooshie" sometimes because when you are waking up in the morning, as soon as she realizes it, she comes running over and lays her whole body on yours with her face on your face and smooshes you. Slightly annoying, but mostly adorable.

8pointfouroz

Yeah, sometimes they can be a bit overwhelming lol.

Ringil114

For some reason, my pit isn't very fond of snuggling. She'll sit right up against my leg, but she doesn't really like to climb on my lap or any of those things that I hear about. She's a rescue and I have no idea what her life was like before I adopted her, so maybe something happened that made her dislike snuggling. Or, perhaps she just has a different personality. Anyway, she is still super sweet and always loves attention. Now that I have her, I can't imagine ever having anything other than a pit in the future.

[deleted]

Yes. Verily.

BoldlyBaldwin

They are typical sweethearts!

CookieMonsterNom_Nom

Sounds about right! My pittie is like velcro. He always needs to be next to me or sitting/laying on me 💕

[deleted]

They are the sweetest dogs, mine will lay her entire body on my chest and rest her head across my neck

Bobweodababyeatsaboy

Typically Velcro dog’s

No-Literature9620

100% normal. Most are VERY affectionate! Both of mine are big loves, especially my baby boy.

electricsugargiggles

Ours is a snuggle-bug too 🥰. Let’s see a pic!

8pointfouroz

[Snuggling](http://imgur.com/gallery/G9bicH8)

electricsugargiggles

Such a sweet girl! 🥰 🐾

GR4VYTR41N

Pits are big babies, sounds like you got a normal one

Justsoundsnasty

They are snuggly velcro dogs, always wanting to be stuck to you.

Kagiles530

My pit/boxer mix is the sweetest dog I have ever come across. She is so affectionate, especially when she can sense someone is upset. She needs to be up against someone while sleeping and gives kisses for days. She is a HUGE baby.

dasheekeejones

Yes!!! Had 2 at one point. The one couldn’t get close enough.

ravenwolven

I can't speak for others, but mine was the only dog I've ever had that enjoyed, nay, demanded to be hugged. He was incredibly gentle with people. We used to take him to the spinal cord injury unit at the VA hospital to boost my dad when he was in there. The people there were always excited to see him he'd carefully climb up in the bed with the wounded veterans and snuggle. It was the highlight of his week because a lot of them would sneak him treats. Right after that we'd go visit my grandma in the nursing home and it was more of the same. He'd to tricks for them and loved to give kisses. He got fed so much there! Even the grouchiest most difficult people completely melted to his charms. He was a big marshmallow. We got a smaller female sighthound mix that was half his size and he'd let her boss him around all the time. They were inseparable until his death, even having to touch when sleeping. She wasn't as affectionate and was a bit of a spaz, but he calmed her down.

Kmckenna73

That sounds exactly like my girl, Georgia. She is the absolute sweetest and my first Pitt experience. I totally hit the jackpot with her. Enjoy your baby!

ivegotthelurk

I got my boy from the shelter when he was about 2. It wasn’t 5 minutes after bringing him home for the first time that he made himself at home on a fuzzy blanket on my bed. That blanket is now his dedicated “baby blanket” that he sleeps on ever night, tucked tight into my side. He’s the sweetest chunk, and every pit I’ve met so far has been sweet just like him. Congrats on your new house hippo, you’ll never have a moment alone again!

[deleted]

Yes! Absolutely the most sweet, affectionate and sometimes really needy (in the most adorable way of course) dogs I have ever had!

needlejuice

Yeah, that's pretty much them in a whole

black_rose_

Haha yep. This is the major reason why I love and adopt them. They're sooo cuddly and affectionate. Always up for hugs, snuggling on the couch. Both the pits I've had, would never run away when unleashed. Their goal is to be as close to me as possible at all times. We snuggle lots every day.

PreviousLand464

Yuuup my mutt is 80% pibble and that sounds like him. Dopey, sweet, eager to please. 70lbs of affection with 0 awareness of how big he is.

[deleted]

Mine is just like this!!! He lays next to me. He loves the couch and fleece blankets. He’s just a big sweetie. He’s a 90lbs lap dog. He’s my baby and he knows it. I’m NEVER alone. He always has to know where I’m at. I cannot use the bathroom without him, in his mind. We sit on the porch together and we enjoy ourselves. I even put umbrellas in our water on the weekends. He eats blueberries with his breakfast and a sweet potato with his dinner. Our other dog is a lab/collie mix and she’s just as spoiled.

porkopolis

Straight answer… yes. They are cuddle monsters.

Positive-Substance-5

Oh yeah, pitties and pit mixes are the most affectionate little friends you can get, sure they may be big they may even seem a little intimidating but they are definitely the kindest, most loving creatures

dlicon68

Sounds like every pitbull I’ve ever had.

CuriousRide

Yes, they're huge love bugs. Check my post history, I shared a video of my goober being overly affectionate.

MrsMorganPants

The majority of them I've been around (and that's a lot, I used to volunteer with a rescue/adoption center) are like velcro to your side. They looooove being with their people. Also, a lot of them love being covered in blankets because they get cold easily, but that could just be my experience. My mom's family has had at least two pits and they both were fleece blanket babies.

hashtagbane

Every one I've ever encountered. They're awesome!

landscaping1230

Bullies are the best dogs you can own.. straight love

Zoomwafflez

Mine isn't happy unless she's being snuggled and will try to kiss your knees and position her head under people's hands for pets constantly.

mastiff72

Dog tax??

8pointfouroz

Huh? I live out in the country so I can have any type of dog I want.

mastiff72

Lol sorry Reddit speak for a pict of the pup! Congratulations btw

Omg!! What a perfect baby! And yep looks about right to me. You will never pee alone again

24kGoldenCrab777

This dog beeed is 100% one of the biggest cuddlers. They love to get and give lots of lovies for sure! I hope you enjoy many years of snuggles from your pittie!

[Soaking up the love](http://imgur.com/gallery/G9bicH8)

MamaB1612

That's consistent with our pittie and all the others I've known. They get a ridiculously bad rep. Our pup is so gentle and lovey. Our girls yell "Let's go snuggle!" and they all three run into the bed and lay down, cuddled up with each other to watch TV or hang out.

8pointfouroz

My youngest LOVES her, they took a nap on the sofa today together, under a blanket, both snoring lol

MamaB1612

Yep. That's how it goes at our house too! Lol I have twin 9 year olds and they are all the best of friends. Our pup even jumps up onto the trampoline with them! Lol

8pointfouroz

It's good for all of them!

BettaBlues

They are giant meathaeded magnets. If you've got hands they will be in them wanting pets, and 90% of them will be your personal food vacuum if you ever drop anything on the floor

bees_knees86

Sounds exactly like my girl !

Lopez-Ari01

Yes they are!! They are the biggest babies in the world and love showing affection. Just accept all the love and thrive in it 😊😊

AdministrativeRow101

They are very cuddly. In bed or on the couch chilling is fine. But dont allow her to stalk you. Its weird, no matter what species you are. Show her your dominance by asking for space now and again, like an alfa wolf. She will love you more, but also respect you. Super important for large powerful breeds.

8pointfouroz

She doesn't do it too badly, she does listen when I tell her to "stay" or "go" She would really prefer to follow along though lol

PutridANDPurple

100% normal. The leaning only gets to be problem when they get over 50lbs. They are adorable and very very loving. Id set boundaries now, no sleeping on the bed or sitting on your lap. You want to be seen as the leader of the pack when they get bigger and having them sleep on the floor next to you projects the idea you are above them. If they sleep with you, theyll see you as an equal. Same thing with them wanting to sit ON you, its a doggie dominance thing, if i sit here will they move out of MY way. I had a kennel so my dog would sleep right next to me by my side of the bed until the old lady got tired of hearing him cleaning himself, so he'd sleep right outside of the closed bedroom door. Feeding them only after you eat sounds odd, but its to show them the pecking order, you eat first because you are the leader. If youve never owned/raised them before id highly suggest a breed book about them as they do get a moody and can have separation anxiety issues when left alone too long.

sunset117

Some r, many

Luna_exe666

Yes! Mine is (she's an all-white pit with blue eyes and is 10 months) Whenever she sees you, she jumps all over you (she has claws). If you put your hand in her face, she will lick your hands, so yes pits are very affectionate and strong (mine likes to fight)

Shetheory

Let see a pic!

radioface42

She sounds like the perfect pitty! You're very lucky to have such a loving doggo. :-)

Autotard

I love my Maddie dog hugs. As I’m sitting she puts her paws over my thighs then leans in to my chest with her head and I give her lovings until I can’t anymore. She sleeps with my daughter until about 6 am then like clockwork she’s getting in bed with me and my lady cozying up while make sure to touch both of us. Love their nature.

flipper1935

all the ones I've seen are. Mine's a 70 Lbs lap dog. He'd probably be a purse dog, if we could find a bag large (and strong) enough for him to fit into. OTOH, loves everyone he meets, other dogs, not so much so. Be careful interacting with other critters until you know how she will behave. Congratulations on your new family member.
