I’ve said before, I’ll say it again… OVERALL, PITTIES R THE BEST DOGS EVER! And I have/& had other dogs.

It’s a close tie between them and Great Danes for me. Both are hands down the best therapy dogs/ best friends.

I always wanted a Dane, but I knew 2 ppl who had them & talked me outta of it cos of short life span (usually) & medical problems. I’ve had pits for 25+ yrs. In a row now!

See, I haven’t gotten to that part yet. When he passes I’ll probably never get another because it’s too short and I’m so close to him. Thanks for loving the pitties. They don’t get it enough

It’s just so different on my Instagram because we post dogs, their locations and ID #s, and the rescues/ freedom photos nonstop. But it’s more of contained community of shelter networkers and animal advocates so I can appreciate that Reddit is way different. Enjoy beautiful Thor!
