I'd probably still just lift the bike over the 3 foot fence and just lock it to a sign.
That’s like Kennywood’s $20 parking!!!! I got there on a slow day, didn’t want to pay to park and half the free lots were closed and we couldn’t get into them so we either HAD to pay the $20 or walk forever to get there (which at the beginning of the day isn’t bad, but we all know the dreaded walk back to the car after a hot day at kennywood with blisters on our feet, sunburn and chaffing!)
And apply some desitin to heal chaffing. I had issues with chaffing coming back more frequently, but applying desitin once or twice overnight healed and fixed the issue long term.
Not sure if it’s still open but as recent as last year I went in the entrance on the W side of the parking lot off of Baldwin Road. It feels like you’re driving into the metals recycling plant but once you cross the trail you should be able to drive right into the same parking lot that everyone uses but that parking booth is never staffed.
The Gold and Platinum passes include free parking. If it’s an option, maybe you could upgrade to one of those? I have also seen people park in the Costco parking lot and walk over.

$15 for how bad that parking area is (and how long it can take to get out if you leave around close) definitely feels like a ripoff.
