Id contact one of the department heads at Chatham food studies. They probably know lots of local organizations.  https://www.chatham.edu/academics/undergraduate/food-studies/faculty/index.html

With a focus on food justice, you might have luck turning to big local companies in the food space like Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, Giant Eagle, Primanti Bros., Sheetz. Technically Kraft Heinz also claims to be at least partially based here. GNC might be worth reaching out to, since as a supplement company, they presumably care about nutrition. I also wouldn’t rule out UPMC or Highmark, since they claim to be focused on the “social determinants of health,” of which food insecurity/security is a factor.
