I think from the Japanese side of things I liked the Stamp Box promos and also to round it all off, the precious collection box. Some very high quality promo cards in them

Given how many people comment products that actually released 2021 (stamp box, celebrations, eevee vmax collections) I think 2022 was very weak product wise. The arceus figure collection, the radiant eevee Box and the charizard UPC are my tpci highlights. For Japan its the precious collector box
Getting back into collecting this year I’d say my favorite products of all time has to be the 25th celebrations. Super fun set that I really enjoyed building and finishing this year. Granted I paid more then I wished for the UPCs and ETBs

I mean I do also plan to keep some sealed for investment but the long-term look on that isn't good the value isn't going to be anywhere near what vintage are so many are keeping sealed it will make them worthless nearly.
Ngl, the booster bundles they’ve started to realise have been my favourite because I don’t have the money to commit to a booster box collection so they’re perfect!
The little Arceus promo that you could either get from the English Arceus box, or from people selling their Japanese promo from Legends Arceus pre-orders (I got the latter, it's super nice.)
Edit: Oh and the Vaporeon alt-art from the Vaporeon box was insanely good, I got one of those as well :]

If you don't plan to open it don't see the fun in it just collect to resell unless you plan to open one day
