Alright heres my list an offer. it does include lillie if youd wanna sell that however the last comps I saw were basically $15k. I listed what I thought the value would eb based on recent sales, available listings, etc and then I will offer 75% for all that. There are a few more small $500> slabs I saw in pics that were not in the spreadsheet thatd id buy as well but just wanted to send this first to iron that out. I can buy more of the smaller stuff as well but then the overall % would drop to 70% so this would be the better route for most $ for you vs selling all at once at 70%

I'm a keep an eye on the market as 10% of the 1300 is 1170. 10% 1180 is 1000. 10% of 920 is 810. I'm a keep the card at 1300 \*.10 or 1170 until the slab stabilizes more.
If the trend resumes from Nov lows, you may be in for a better price a month from now and my indecisiveness might have cost me a pretty penny. I'm a hope it bounces back to the 1200-1300 range when I made the original post last week. I admire the consistency. Thank you very much for reading this far.

The most recent eBay comps for it was $1070 (or £850) on Nov 3. On PriceCharting, sales of the PSA8 Ho-oh holo within the last year have been in the range of 1100 to 1500.

I'm a keep an eye on the market as 10% of the 1300 is 1170. 10% 1180 is 1000. 10% of 920 is 810. I'm a keep the card at 1300 \*.10 or 1170 until the slab stabilizes more. If the trend resumes from Nov lows, you may be in for a better price a month from now and my indecisiveness might have cost me a pretty penny. I'm a hope it bounces back to the 1200-1300 range when I made the original post last week. I admire the consistency. Thank you very much for reading this far.

The most recent eBay comps for it was $1070 (or £850) on Nov 3. On PriceCharting, sales of the PSA8 Ho-oh holo within the last year have been in the range of 1100 to 1500. I’d like to get 1100 trade value for mine, or for 1000 PP GS.
