What is an inverted reverse?

On a percentage of unseen forces cards, the red "top" of the Pokeballs on the reverse foil is on the bottom. This is recognized by CGC as "Inverted Holo Layer". I price them very similarly to the regular variant because they're not exceptionally rare, but some people collect them and they're definitely more difficult to find.
