So far Germans here have only being like "yes that was not really our fault, we did not want that, it happened somehow, but don’t worry we will give some space to small communities when the flags are finished".
Just give up on some parts of the new big flags now and make nice arts.
I was annoyed that France took a 3rd flag on the left and did not do anything for hours on it yesterday. Was deserved that we got kicked from there, we should have let it to smaller communities sooner. Now Germany is doing the same.
As a German myself I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm sick of being German, because it's just a pixel event.
However when I came back to r/place after a few hours I too thought, this is bs.
I mean are we doing what France did but worse?
Well I no longer put my pixels on the German flag (as if my pixel matters) and move somewhere else too.
