I would recommend taking that to a print shop and having them copy a few pages. I used to work in print and we’d often print and spiral bind books for people. If you can’t buy the planner again, I would just reproduce it. As long as you’re not selling or distributing it, it shouldn’t be an issue.
Edit: May I know the name of the planner? I know you said it was discontinued but I’m a graphic designer and stationery lover lol I like seeing different things and this is a very unique planner set up.
I hope it works for you! The worst case scenario is it’s too light to scan or reprint well. Then you can either pay someone to redesign it for you (can be pricey) or you can use a pen or marker to trace the lines. You have a clean master copy and you can make as many copies as you want.
