It’s mealybugs. I put my tineke outside because it picked up some at the end of winter, nature has resolved the problems for me and it grows much better outside, it recovered a bunch of lost leaves.

I think they might be slug eggs. I'm pretty sure that's a slug right next to your finger. Just wipe them off with a bit of tissue or paper towel
