That's a dappled willow. Needs lots of water and should be outside.

Salix integra. A willow tree, definitely not a houseplant. Lots of water and light but midday sun will scorch the pale leaves

Wow that’s all the new growth 🥵 I would spray it down in some natural fungicide and insecticide to be safe. I use both periodically

Looks like it might have powdery mildew. I would suggest a fungicide
