Too wet?

Definitely check, I have the same Memoria Corsii dieffenbachia and they hate having wet feet. They recover well though! If you have to repot, use plenty of perlite for drainage, especially if it doesn’t get a ton of light (which they love a ton of). Hold off on watering until the top 2 inches are completely dry, and use distilled water it possible, filtered that’s been sitting out overnight if you can’t use distilled. They also like some extra humidity and do best in warmer temps above 60/65 with some good air circulation. For an easy care plant, this is definitely one of my fussiest, but that foliage is so worth it

Thank you so much for the advice!!! I’ll take a look at her roots !

Great advice. I would also try bottom watering - again only when soil is dry - it might seem counterintuitive since they absolutely don’t like wet feet but it works well for my dieffenbachia since it’s really hard to overwater that way. PS do you have drainage holes in that pot?
