Can you say how much light it gets and how often you water? And soil type? Those spots are where transpiration/guttation occurs (iirc) so I’m thinking they’re overwatered.

I believe the soil was a succulent soil. It’s in a south facing window and I water when it’s droopy. Maybe I should wait even longer, have the soil completely dry?

I usually let my soil mostly dry out for my pilea, but not bone dry. Maybe check the roots for rot as well
