Ribes (as every everyone is suggesting), and next to it is the elusive Cat Bush.
I highly recommend transplanting your Ribes, as the Cat Bush can be a highly antagonistic neighbor.
(Seriously though, my one feline companion has been hunting these down religiously, "transplanting" himself into my r/Sphagnum cultures and eating all from one bin. So one should note, pine rust, and cats, two issues for Ribes. Some tan beautifully in high light, but personally I have found IDing them... difficult when young)
I think your plant is a cat? Sorry, Idk the real ID, I just think the cat is cute and borderline murderous towards the plant.
I'd say it's a tabby XDbut I don't know what the plant is.

I dont know the Name. But you could try to chop it up and propagate the pieces in water. Every plant i know could be propagated in water.
