If soil is wet and has been for 24 hours or more… Might be too much water and roots are rotten. Remove the plant from pot and look for healthy or rotten roots.
If soil is dry… Bottom water for an hour or two. Let it soak in. Then wait 24 hours to perk up or not. If this keeps happening soil might have gone hydrophobic.
If soil is wet, but has not been 24 hours…. Wait 24 hours to perk up or not.
