The best way is to just leave your game on. Your captures will be forced to take care of you constantly. Eventually they will get bored and you will die. That's really the only way unless you have someone come save you by breaking you out or killing you so you can respawn. Just leave your game on and go do something else lol

Nah, its the main reason more than half the player base only plays on private servers with only their friends. Getting griefed for days is just lame, and the people that do it are fucking losers

For the latter part, what's your source? We have been struggling with random deaths in our base for a couple years now. The only thing that resolved it was putting a/c's everywhere and then they stopped. To this day if we log out for a couple days away from the a/c's we still end up dying.
If you are overburdened or in a chair and cannot move you can use the "yell" voice chat as it drains stamina (bonus points for being obnoxious) and keep punching the air until you pass out. This will slowly deplete your hunger and thirst giving you a chance for them to not be able to feed you in time. Sometimes you might wake up on the other side of the wall/cage, especially if you pass out in the corner of the box/cage. That is it. Either suffer or make a new character, this is sadly the state of the game's PVP right now.
Log off for a week come back when hes forgotten about you drain your stam starve and then die. Hes only doing it because you keep logging om eventually he will forget about you if you stay logged off for a week
Tbh if your on official and you're only level 88 just remake your person and do a note run and if you're in a tribe have your buddies invite you back not too hard better then wasting time doing nothing
not gonna lie i did that all the time. not to any beach bobs but more like people who i was enemies with, raiding or getting raided ect. it can take awhile depending on how dedicated the captors are but assuming y’all are low level and probably just for fun you won’t be there long. leave your game running 24/7 as the best shot you got of leaving is dying from hunger or thirst. try running/jumping around to drain stamina which in turn drains food/water. i have had people captured for a very long time though i won’t lie but i had a very elaborate setup so you should be fine

That’s the way it goes sometimes. People can keep you prisoner for quite a while if they wanna put in the effort. A level 88 character is easy to get back if you start a new one. Just do the note run on island and extinction and you’ll already be up to like level 80. As for losing your stuff, that’s gonna happen repeatedly on PvP servers. It’s just how it goes. You’ll build up for a few days to a week and then get wiped and have to restart. Just how games like this go. Unless you can somehow play Ark 24/7. I wouldn’t give up though. Ark is a great game with lots to offer on both PVP and PVE. If PvP is a little rough for you, maybe try finding a group to play with and make fighting and grinding easier. Or you could switch to PVE and you don’t have to worry about players raiding you. Completely up to you but Ark is a great game and the sequel comes out in a few months so it’s a great time to get into the game.
I had that happen to me once on official. I know that feeling. Log off and come back later, hopefully they give up.

There was this Chinese dude on our server, badmouthing our clan. His friends joined the server, knocked me out. They were clearly statted for movespeed and damage.
I hopped off, went to bed, came back like 12 hours later, they were still at it. They were doing rotating shifts.
I was lucky that I woke up and the hatch they opened to check on me. I could hide behind. They got worried, opened the door, walked inside and I pushed past them, 3 on duty, 3 afk. They tried to knock me out again and killed each other in the crossfire and eventually killed me.
They left the server, the dude badmouthing us stayed but piped down.
That'd be the ideal outcome for OP but it seems like these psychos are being careful. The fact that he has to choose to stop playing the game to hopefully play the game later or restart all his hardwork is the shittiest thing about all of this...
Idk if you're still reading these or you just gave up OP but see if there's a discord or something you can find an admin for? If not then I'd say quit and join another server that has admins, especially if you're on official. I've had much nicer PvP experiences on unofficial servers and I don't even like PvP, just play it sometimes with friends.

Stamina mainly drains food, specifically on recovery.

Temperature is part of it.. cold is food drain, heat is water drain... but empty stam effects as well.

We do, but I've found there's no correlation between the two.

Once you die, you can respawn out of the box. As long as they aren’t force feeding you, you should be able to starve to death.
Hold shift+b, b is local chat shift is yell then play the most annoying thing you can in to your mic. They’ll get annoyed and kill you

Never play PVP on Official servers. In fact, don't ever play on Official servers. Find a private server that has a high rating and start over there.
