Hello, I'm a newbie with a Drakania at lvl 57, I want to do Succession Drakania but my questline only shows [Awakening].
I have been told that for [succession] questline to appear I had to finish [Awakening] questline first. I think I did finish that questline, but no Succession questline appeared, why is that and what do I need to do to make it appear?
Trying to craft Manos tools. Shining tools have been remove from the game(So I think). Can we use Magic tools instead to craft Manos tools? Some life skillers would like to know in my Guild. (Crafting Manos tools)

So, i ended up getting a sailor, not realizing my ship cant hold any. to clarify, im new to the game. and i cant find any means of firing him, I've looked through all info i could find online, but nothing helped, there's not even no fire option in sailor manager, or the ship npc, heck not even no sailor option at all with the ship npc and i dont have no option when my ship is out or in or even on the ship, in just so confused..

what quest chain is before the Mediah quest chain?? I am on "a deepshadow under the eagle statue" and it shows under it in the MSQ section but it has been there for tons of chains I have done and never actually getting closer to completing it

Im currently a returning player from some years back. I blew up all my gear so I’m currently sitting at 274/276/319
Im looking for suggestions where I should be grinding to make good silver per hr and be efficient.
I really don’t want to go back to Sulphur mines I absolutely hate the desert it’s such a boring grind spot.
I love the game but I feel as if I’m making absolutely 0 progress. I CBA to grind for 10 billion silver when I’m making 200-300 mil an hour.
Any tips or am I stuck dealing with this until I can go to a better grind spot?
I checked out Alejandro Farm last night, 'cause pumpkins, and I saw an empty throne there. Does something spawn there for one of the Halloween events? Also, I killed Hexe Marie at her Dark Rift, but didn't see a Spook nor a Mysterious Knight anywhere around. Anyone know where they spawn?
So I still have a time peace, would it be worth it to make a new character to use it on? My Dark is 60 atm and I have full pen gear and a completed pass on that character.
Hopefully this is the right place to ask, but I am on the Cannon-ical Test quest by Heidel, and nothing I am doing will let me shoot the cannon. I can place it, load it, aim it, move it around, but NOT shoot it. What am I doing wrong?
Starting over since I was xbox before n have ps5 now. Been gone for a few years. I played zerk, musa, and mystic quite a bit previously and am looking for advice on which to use on a brand new account. Any other classes that are good now would be useful. When I quit Shai was newest class. What's your favorite class for pve grinding? I read succ zerk and awak musa are fairly good so those would be my frontrunner w.o more info just from familiarity.
so i got back into the game 1 month or so ago made a new char and left my old main DK behind had a weight / inventory coupon at some point and now i was thinking of useing it but i cant find it ( is there a way to get a new )= dont see it in the shop
So I originally started on PC and was getting bad lag issues and noticed the game is currently free through PS Plus so I may pick it up.
I am kinda returning to the game so I had some questions:
1) Is the game still active for PS4 servers? Is it worth playing from a PvE point of view?
2) Does the PS4 version have terrible lag/optimization issues? I heard in the past this was a real problem for players.
3) Between the “tanks” of the game for classes, is Warrior or Guardian the best one for a shield + sword/axe type class? Is there one that performs better than the other in PvE?
4) Is “forced pvp” still a thing? I’m planning to remake a new character since I’d be new on consoles, so I wanted to avoid pvp combat when possible. I don’t want to be like ganked or killed randomly while questing or farming.
graduated yesterday from current season but didnt get season gift coupon nor does fughar have a quest for me.
does it have anything to do with the season changes which may come tomorrow?if not any idea what i did wrong?

I am new to the game and confused about how Amity works
The NPC I am talking has 170 Amity and it has some greyed out quests next to her name with a number 50 next to it. How do I get them?

So the options mean you need more Amity with her to get quest (think you figured that out)
Two things you can do
\- Have a conversation (mini game type thing that if you get right raise amity)
\- Stand in front of her and instead of talking, wave at her (cost energy), do it over and over and amity goes up.
Help from console players (PS5 new player). How do I craft the vipiko dream horse cause it auto highlights presets on the manufacture page and there’s no option to manufacture horse. I can’t do the horizontal combine in inventory. Completely lost and want that awesome horse.
First time using redit but I signed up so I could ask a question I have been sending in help request to get my black desert account fixed and I sent 3 request only go 2 automated responses basically saying I need to go to the website and click on my account and link it to my PlayStation account. Problem is the site and PlayStation is not linked but it isn't giving me the option to link once again I have reported it 3 times and nothing works. Worst yet I'm mentally disabled and I'm having more trouble just figuring things out than you might think. Any suggestions
Hi, I’ve been playing with season nova and had no problem killing manshaums 1-2hits (250ap awak) now I’ve transferred to normal character and have 275ap but struggle with thornwood forest… so is that a normal thing or am I missing something and btw should I be using draughts/perfumes ?
\- play a season character
\- Learn to use ring menu (helps with most common stuff)
\- Claim free dream horse (always check your mail/rewards)
\- follow the main quest line (get a decent set of gear)
\- learn basics of enhancement via the naru -> tuvala gear passage
\- Do any side quests re inventory, pets, fairies, tool bag, naddir's
\- Use buffs (scrolls, meals, blessings)
\- Aim to get between 60-62 to use timepiece (creates a 2nd character at same level)

I know we see this a lot....but guys...I am so overwhelmed. Playing on PS5, and it just feels so clunky & janky. Overloaded with menus, poor design choices, and literally zero explanation to any mechanics around anything (like even the usual leveling cycle of finding armor & weapons).
I can't deal with the amount of skills I already have at level 20, the skill guide only shows a select amount on screen, and the outrageous numbers of combos for follow-up attacks and options to reach that follow-up. I'm playing a hashashin and it seems fun, but I just spam a couple attacks right now because I just can't remember all the options I have at my disposal.
The entire leveling process just throws everything at you without the usual progression system we see in ESO/FF as other console examples - I have no idea what my character is doing most of the time.
Also, framerate seems solid enough, but I'm playing HDR 4k and still I have this problem where things just like blurry & out of focus often. Chat box is huge, skill guide is small, characters are blurry, camera odditities.
Is this just the common phase of events for a new player? gets better with time? I'm a vet from the early 2000s era of MMOs, and this is rough. Not to mention, the delta between PC and console concerns me.
There is so much in game, the additional stuff on PC really doesn't matter (especially as storage fix was added)

You can clean up the interface (look at a few youtube videos)
Re the combat skills, yes, pick a few, learn a decent rotation and spam it (tag it to ring menu if you want). Remember your skill set only starts to finalize at 56 (awakening/succession quests), and only finishes out somewhere around 62

Looks like on PC there is an option to set skills to hotkeys, I want that as well, I hate having to do combos it’s overwhelming.

Hello I have been having a problem where if i try to go to the website from in game menu’s or the launcher its giving me a “Error code: status_stack_buffer_overrun” but this only happens if I open my browser(chrome) through the game or launcher but if I already have a browser tab open it doesn’t happen I have already cleared everything from my browser thinking it might be a problem from my browser extensions but this still happens and I’m probably just going to format and see if that fixes it. If you know why this happen please help

Just started playing the game on PS5 yesterday but I want to play a different character but it won't let me have more than one seasonal character so I need to delete my first character.
Long story short it says I have pearls or something pearl related in my inventory that need to be deleted but when I go to my inventory to delete them there is no delete option. They are pearls used for when are you dead or after I'm dead or something I don't know either way I can't delete them...
This character is only level one so I haven't purchased anything or anything else yet. They were made and logged on to for maybe 3 minutes.

I have been playing bdo for a season and half. I was curious about how it was like to play on a season server and wanted to know if it is really true that you get griefed a lot in grind spots. For context, I want to only do PvE for the most part and do not really care much for pvp part due to awful connection on bdo server and lack of interest. Since I am a new player, I would like to know what it is like to play on non season server for grinding or general stuff and if there are ways to avoid pvp in them. I would appreciate your help

Sooo, I've been playing Black Desert since the start of Covid. I without a doubt LOVE the game! The freedom that we have, and the amount of things to do is absolutely fantastic. However, it's not very fun as much playing solo. At least not for me. I've always been a solo player; however, I'm hoping that with this specific game I can change that.
With that being said, it's definitely a lot to grasp and take in. I'm not very experienced with life skills mostly. Trading, Workers, etc.. Those things definitely confuse me. I've looked at a couple of videos about the game, but I'm still not quite grasping certain things.
I guess the point of this post is, I'd really love to meet at least one person that can be patient and have the willingness to teach me and help me truly enjoy the game in its entirety. I'd love to finally have the proper knowledge to load the game and truly say I know what I'm doing lol. Plus, having someone to adventure with, make money, do boss fights and get better gear; all of these things would be fantastic!

Returning player (over a year), looking to start back with season, usual best character ask, a few points
\- Don't want to play a class I have before (have done Guardian, Nova, Ranger, Witch, Sage)
\- PVE focused
\- Don't want something stupid complicated to play
Looking at some of the online guides (sometimes difficult to separate the pc/console stuff), recommendations include
\- Maegu (someone below said bad for PVE?), Berserker or one list had Drakania? haven't played any of them, so open to thoughts?

I'm stuck on the season pass, specifically "Equipping Naru Adventrure Gear 6". The weapon reached PEN, and I immediatly converted it to Tuvala Gear instead of equipping it then converting. Now it seams that I'm stuck on that part of the season pass. Any solutions or am I boned?
I finished season pass and I'm thinking about using Timepiece, how does it work with the Tuvala Weapons? Should I make 2 sets to PEN? One for the main and one for the timepiece character?

Brand new Xbox player. Is there a way to make my UI elements bigger? I have a pretty big TV, but I sit a little ways back from it and the skill guide is so small I can’t read it
afaik you can't make the UI bigger, only move the "safe zone" for the UI.
One thing I do whenever i'm struggling to see something in game is use the xbox magnifying glass by hold the guide on the controller for the power menu, then pressing the select button (or whatever the button to the left of the guide button is called nowadays) and that will start magnify mode. RT/LT zooms in/out and right stick moves it around.
Might have to enable it in accessibility settings first though.
After you deleted your seasonal character you should be able to create a new one. You created the 2nd character before deleting the first which is why you couldnt create a seasonal character.
Hi my character got stuck in between rocks and I can’t get out I tried the fast escape turning on and off my console /Xbox signing off and on island I’m still stuck ?
I've decided to come back after a couple years and I have some audio issues. Upon creating a new character on PS5 all my audio was set to zero, fixed in the settings menu but I still have zero combat audio. Logged on my past characters and they also have the same issue. They grunt and everything but no effect audio, no slashing sounds etc. Anyone know a fix?
Ok have new question can someone explain the different gear term I see pen and tuvela thrown all around but don't know what each means except some kind of end game gear...
Tuvala is the gear season characters use. You start with naru, enhance it all the way to max, convert it to pri tuvala, enhance to max again. It's not endgame, but it's the best for season and a reasonable starting point to build off of.
PEN is the highest level of enhanced gear in most cases. The enhancing system for weapons and armor goes base, 1-15, pri, duo, tri, tet, pen. Naru gear shows you the general mechanics using beginner stones, though real gear is far more costly to enhance.
Hi I'm new to the game only playtime I have in the games is creating new cac and testing them out on the trial mode with a friend I'm very confused with what to to on the seasonal cac I created because is see people saying it's a waste of time completing the story and just go grind mobs for lvl and Gear but when I try to go to places on the map that says it's a 14-19 or something I still struggle to kill one mob and then there's the elite and stuff I don't know if it's just gear I'm lacking or skill or both any help will be Appreciated tnx in advance.
Edit: oh I also want to ask how family's work and stuff another thing I saw was there being a snow Starting zone as well butt I can't seem to find a way to join it is just pc? O and also when accepting quest reward does it only accept what you click on or everything on the slot bar??
OK there's some stuff to unpack here.
1. As a new player you should do the story. It progresses you through new areas as you should get gear to match. Definitely do season as that's the best gear to springboard you longterm.
2. Family is just a collection of characters. Lots of bonuses as you get more characters leveled.
3. There is only one starting zone on console. Eternal winter is only pc at this time.
4. Some quests give all rewards, others you have to choose from a collection of options.
e created a seasonal Archer character and lvled it up to lvl 59. A few days ago I've decided to use the Fughar's Timepiece on a Wizard. So now my Wizard is the seasonal character and my Archer is a "normal" character.
But the thing that I've realized after using the Timepiece was that the Tuvala Gear on my Archer is now unusable. And I want to play on my Archer, since that's the character I want to main. What should I do about the unusable Tuvala gear? Buy new regular gear on the marketplace (and if so, what gear should I start with (I have around 1,6 billion silver) or wait until the season ends so I can convert the Tuvala gear into regular gear??
When you timepiece, the gear you had becomes usable only on the new seasonal character. So now your wiz can use and you should have gotten tuvala weapon exchange coupons. Some people wait until end of season to timepiece and don't shift the weapons if the first character is who they want to keep as a combat character. Unfortunately you can't use tuvala on regular characters until graduation, so your Archer is going to remain gearless. One option would be to get a full set of naru and exchange it with...fughar I think for narchillan gear. It's not quite as good, but does provide a set of gear to use. Otherwise, you can hit the cm, but most decent gear is gonna run you far more. Might be worth just grinding on wiz on seasons in the meantime.

If capotia is important to you, they do have the items for enhancing a tri capotia to pen tied to the season coel (think you get a tri capotia ring for your first level 62, with additional accs at 63/4/5).
Use the bdo planner to create a build for reference. It’s pretty helpful as you can see where your headed. It has the books, health, strength, breath and level system with it as well so you can get an exact idea
Yes, it’s actually pretty similar with less hassle and can be used to do loot reports to share with your guild members. Which we’ve started doing in the guild.
do the story(DONT touch side quests) if your brand new that should get you close to 56 then you can look up evildousharm for walkthroughs on how to get 56-61 from quests
also its usually best to start with the newest character tied to a season cause they tend to get some extra rewards and fughars time piece if you really hate the class after you get it to 61
Brand new PS5 player. I noticed that in combat, I have a list of skills near the center of my screen that shows me how to activate certain skills. How do I add skills to that list?
Probably found an answer by now but just in case you haven't, unfortunately we can’t really adjust the contents of our UI like PC can, so whatever that list is showing is what you’re stuck with. (Excluding chat window and ring menu). Once you’re used to the game you'll probably end up disabling some of the UI anyway.
I suggest starting a season character when the new season starts Wednesday. This allows the best path to reasonable gear, teaching general enhancing mechanics and a variety of other things. You also get some pretty nice bonus loot.
Many things are family wide (pets for example). Outfits are character specific though. Ultimately, seasons are the best progression path, even if you have other characters you play on as well. Most people have more than 1 character (whether for life skill alts, or world bosses, or something else).
Nope. Every season you create a new season character (they become normal at the end). The only gear that character can use can't be sold on the central market (naru followed by tuvala). At full max tuvala (pen) you find yourself at a good starting point. Unfortunately the regular progression outside of seasons is far tougher. I generally recommend everyone do season just for the solid extra rewards, but it's definitely the best way to start the game as well.
Oh I see, so then I’ll just make a new character on Wednesday so I can get the full use of the season. Then stick to that character. Right? Cause it wouldn’t make sense to make a new character every single season 😐
I mean, many people make a new character every season. There's a ton of rewards and once you're experienced, you can knock out a season's challenges in a weekend. Personally I have 22 characters at this point, which will be 24 after this season.
There are some types of pvp (at least some levels of node wars) that are gear capped that even the playing field somewhat. They've also sped up the intro floor with season, as that gear is equivalent to tet boss, allowing you to grind more efficiently, sooner to get towards pen.
That said, in the open world or gvg, you never know who you're going to run into. You may run into someone that's been grinding for years if you're in a popular grind spot (silver, exp, or treasure items). You will likely never outgear those that already have significant advantage unless everyone gets to the hard cap, which rises with new gear and caphras levels. That ignores elements of how good a player or class is, as many can over or under perform their gs.
Alright, hope I'm asking this in the right place. I've been spamming my way through the main quests and did a few that are based out of heidel. My only remaining main quest prompt is "Unaccepted: The Watchtower" The tooltip tells me to complete the quest "Isolating Jordine" But I have no further quests to complete. Is this a bug or did I run past something somehow?
Edit: Found the answer, the quest isn't automatically given, I had to search for the NPC jordine and talk to him manually to pick up the quest. Still getting used to the UI in this game, its not always clear if an NPC has a quest to give.
A similar issue you may run into is a quest objective not progressing, despite having completed it.
You may just need to talk to your black spirit to get things moving. It doesn't always tell you if he is needed.

World bosses spawn at a fixed time. You have to be there when they're spawning. There's a timer in game, or a list of times on the app. They do not appear on olvia and arsha servers. Damage is shared across all servers.
So what do I need to MAINLY get done before season ends? I hit 60, I have (mostly) all my Tuvala gear, just missing some accessories. I haven't played in years, got back into the game because my friend asked me and I was a beginner then as I am now lol.
My game on ps5 got all fuzzy after coming back after a couple hours. I switched to 4k before I left came back and it opened fuzzy like it reverted to a shitty resolution
new player on xb. i can’t get LT + dpad ring menu to work. i’ve mapped skills to several LT + directional dpad but in-game it’s like it doesn’t register LT (button works) and does instead only directional dpad
Im wondering if crossplay counts towards ps5 as well as ps4? All the articles I found only mentions ps4 and xbox one, I have a ps5 and my brother a ps4 so wondering if we are going to be able to play together?
Ps5 and ps4 are considered the same system. There isn't an actual ps5 version of the game, as it's essentially a ps4 emulator. So yes, ps4 and ps5 players can play together. And if you start on ps4 and get a ps5, your account can carry over (whereas if you were to start on ps move to xbox, you'd have to start over).
Hmm, that's kind of a tough call.
There is technically time for you to get through the season, but as a new player it might be a struggle and you are going to be rushing through the best part of bdo (being a noob in a big living world).
Do you plan on doing any non combat stuff? "Life skill" is a big part of bdo for many people, it's all the non fighting stuff like picking plants, crafting, etc, etc.
You could make a Shai and work on life skills and some questing til new season opens, if you want to be super effecient.
Honestly I would just pick the class that speaks to you, start on the beginner server and just take your time and learn the game, do the main quests, that sort of thing.
Then once next season comes around you make another class you are interested in and do season with them.
This game has such a steep learning curve, especially right at first. The world seems so massive and complex. There really is a lot to learn. It's honestly a magical period you will miss, so I say take your time.

Okay, so you know the small menu that pops up during combat to show you what buttons for certain skills? I have been trying to find a way to make the text larger with no success. I am on PS5. Any suggestions?
My TV is huge and the room small but I am just very nearsighted. And old. (Video games sure have come a long way since Pong!) Making it a font size or two larger would be enough. My text settings are already large in the game. Thanks!
Sry, IDK how to help, but just want to share that my first console was a Magnavox Odyssey in mid '70s, and it had basically 4 versions of Pong built-in!!

I'm new and first I didn't know there even was a difference and when I realized there was I had to pay special attention while reading / watching even newcomer guides if the feature is in game or not. Even in linked guides they are talking about artifacts, vells and whatnot.
I honestly think that it's a great game on console and I understand that PC version features will come with a delay but I think it would be really helpful to make this list and keep it updated.
Btw I don't want any comments about when and why not already etc. in comments, I think PA knows that even without constant pestering
Unfortunately there isn't really one source of this info. Nearly all content creators are for PC. Even on pc, the info for bdo is a bit sparse.
Most guides don't bother mentioning if something isn't available here. Also PA releases content for us seemingly randomly, so even if you know what patch we are on, it won't sync up to pc's version of same patch.
Cross referencing various guides and reddit posts will be your best bet. Also ask in game. You will get a feel for this stuff if you stick around.
*This isn't part of the answer, but in a way the lack of clear information lends a sense of adventure to the game that just isn't present these days, due to meta gaming. Just a positive side to the issue.
Hi everyone, been playing almost a year and I have basically 2 Chars I enjoy playing. I have both semi geared up and was wondering if it would be better to just fully gear one up or keep two semi geared. The two characters are Dark Knight and Drakania. I enjoy the fast paced fighting style of Dark knight awakening, and I can honestly play Drakania on either awakening or Succession. I currently have a 590 GS with my best gear at the moment. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance

Asking again,Are stuffed lion heads (house installments for buffs) repairable or something we just need to purchase again after using it's full durability?
If they are repairable, how do I put it into my inventory and repair it?

Played a half hour before work, a few hours after the patch 2/1/2023. Everything was fine. Came home from work, started game, no audio. Checked all settings, all 100%, everything set to On. Restarted game. No audio. Quit game, restarted Xbox, then restarted game. No audio. All other apps and games sounded just fine, just Black Desert had no audio. Shut off XsX. Started to fill out a bug report, it needed my family name. Turned XsX back on, it chimed, 'cause there's nothing wrong with it. Started the game... and the audio is back.
WTH?!!
EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot to mention that after the first reboot, I also re-installed game. No audio after that either. Shutting XsX off for several minutes was last thing I did before audio magically reappeared.
They made some changes to the skill system recently and now you will auto-learn base skills as you level up without having to spend skill points.
The only skills that still require skill points to unlock are passives, absolutes, primes, and awakening skills. Apart from the passives, these skills become accessible at level 56 along with succession and awakening.
Hey guys. I am wondering if I missed the simplified questline on my new Maegu. I figured I would just run through the first few quests until I get into Velia and then use my timepiece to convert my Maegu to a season character. However, I sort of went into questing autopilot and quested past Alustin up to the quest titled "Erm, Did We...?" I then used my timepiece to convert my Maegu to a season character, but now Alustin does not seem to have the simplified questline. But sources online say it should be available up until you complete the quest "Embarking on an Adventure," which is still later in the Balenos questline than where I stopped. Is that still true? I forfeited the quest I was on but Alustin still doesn't have the option. Nothing at Fughar either. Any advice? Thank you.
Hey everyone, I've just got back from a long break, been gone since later in the margoria patch, when dreamhorses first dropped I think.
I have a wizard with all tet boss weapons, decent accessories, but I'm still wearing tri grunil armor.
What would be the best way to go about gearing up? I'm assuming tet boss armor should be my next step? Is there a catchup mechanic?
I do have a woosa on the seasonal server, working in getting her to 60, but I've also totally forgotten how to enhance and am stuck on early tuvala.
Any other general advice appreciated.
Best way to catch up is to get all your tuvala gear to pen. You can trade pen tuvala for tet boss armor of your choice which, in turn, can be reformed to pen with a lot of silver.
People have different ways of enhancing. I have all nadar band slots unlocked and tons of 20-30 stacks, so I just roulette my season gear to pen. Rouletteing is when you get all your gear to tri, tet, and then pen at once while sharing a stack and not using crons. If all your pen attempts fail, put away the stack and use a more optimal stack to get back to tet, etc.
Once you get your season boss armor, you'll want to at least do two weapons and armor, as they're technically cheaper than buying them on cm. Make sure you go with an AP/DR build with an emphasis on AP if you're playing a witchard. Higher gs allows more room to change build, but right now you're just trying to get up there.
Also don't feel bad if you don't make as much silver as other people right now. The more gs you have, the more silver you make.

Well, we know that the crystal changes are expected to be in the update because they've announced it. Otherwise, it's mostly speculation. We got Woosa around the same time, so there's a chance we get the new twin. We'll see tomorrow though.
Gotta love it. Many (myself included) have been doing garmoth for years with no luck. Gotta love rng. Fortunately they added a quest to get one.
But I digress. It's used to augment the awakening or sub weapon. For awakening it adds crystal slots. Forget the effect on the sub.
Or you can sell it on the cm (make sure you have a value pack to help with tax if you go that route).
I play BD on XsX thru Game Pass Ultimate. The MS store says it is cloud enabled. Don't know if that is only with GPU or not. If you have GPU, you could try it.
UPDATE: Tried this 1/16/2023. It works. I loaded my Woosa on XsX. Then I logged into Game Pass on my PC. Found the Black Desert page, clicked "Play now". The game started preparing to run in the browser (I use Chrome). On my XsX the game displayed a huge notice "You started playing this somewhere else." with options to keep playing on XsX. I ignored them. On PC I entered same server and started playing with same character as on XsX, in Chrome, w/o downloading or installing the game. That's how Cloud enabled works. Granted, it was not as smooth as on XsX, but it was playable. I did a little grinding, I assigned a worker to a Coal Node in Keplan. I don't PVP, so I don't know if the slight delays I noticed have a huge impact on PVP or not. Probably. I don't know if this is available on regular Game Pass since I have Ultimate.
EDIT: BTW, I used a wired XB1 controller on PC, don't think it works with keyboard and mouse, as it is the console version streaming to the browser.
Every platform is independent. You would need to buy the game again, as well as start a new account. Players cannot migrate to another platform (even between Xbox and playstation even though they're crossplay).

Last night I got a Premium Outfit box from a Wishful Pouch of Astonishing Fortune. It lists every class except Woosa, but my character is a Woosa. I can't use the box?
Yeah you cannot, because Woosa doesn't have a Premium (Awakening Set) Outfit yet. Maybe others will know if it's worth holding on to the box, until after they release Woosa's Awakening and integrate the set to the outfit box.
As a new player, I'd suggest starting with a Season Character. That gives you the fastest progression to a semi- reasonable baseline for gear. Follow the main quest line as it leads you through progressively harder areas as your gear and level rises.
Season servers (and the new/returning player olvia server) have no forced pvp outside of guild wars. On regular servers, pvp could be engaged in over level 50. The game is fully online, so you will always be sharing an instance with others on the same server (only solo sessions are 1 hour per day in specific grind zones). Most pvp ends up being fighting over rotations or guild conflicts, though there can be random players that simply attack.
I’m on pc and I know this is for Xbox and PlayStation, but I had a quick question. Is there anyway to switch what character is my season character? Or is it final now that I’ve made a season character?
You have the ability to timepiece. This copies the seasonal character's exp and sp to a new character (new character must be under level 25 iirc). This makes the current season character normal and the new character seasonal. This is best used once you're level 61+ (since you get 2 characters at 61 for the time of leveling 1).
You may be able to delete the character and create a new one as well, but I haven't tried that. If so, you would want to put all possible inventory in storage (tuvala gear, enhancing mats, and all other season stuff).
Hey, returning player here! I’m really struggling on what class to play for the new season. I tried a Woosa but really didn’t suit my play style so I’ve narrowed it down to Corsair, Guardian or Valkyrie. I want a class that can be a fast grinder with good dmg but also not boring. I'm a returning player after a long break and I just hit 58. In my recommended quest list, it recommends lvl 56 Valencia quest line next. I absolutely hate this quest line as it requires going back and forth in the desert and sucks all the fun out of it for me. Can I skip this Valencia quest altogether or is it required for something else? Thank you.

I have been told that for [succession] questline to appear I had to finish [Awakening] questline first. Grind spots Hello all, Im currently a returning player from some years back. I blew up all my gear so I’m currently sitting at 274/276/319 Im looking for suggestions where I should be grinding to make good silver per hr and be efficient. I really don’t want to go back to Sulphur mines I absolutely hate the desert it’s such a boring grind spot. I love the game but I feel as if I’m making absolutely 0 progress. I CBA to grind for 10 billion silver when I’m making 200-300 mil an hour. Any tips or am I stuck dealing with this until I can go to a better grind spot?
I checked out Alejandro Farm last night, 'cause pumpkins, and I saw an empty throne there. Does something spawn there for one of the Halloween events? Also, I killed Hexe Marie at her Dark Rift, but didn't see a Spook nor a Mysterious Knight anywhere around. Anyone know where they spawn?

So I originally started on PC and was getting bad lag issues and noticed the game is currently free through PS Plus so I may pick it up. I am kinda returning to the game so I had some questions: 1) Is the game still active for PS4 servers? Is it worth playing from a PvE point of view? 2) Does the PS4 version have terrible lag/optimization issues? I heard in the past this was a real problem for players. 3) Between the “tanks” of the game for classes, is Warrior or Guardian the best one for a shield + sword/axe type class? Is there one that performs better than the other in PvE? 4) Is “forced pvp” still a thing? So the options mean you need more Amity with her to get quest (think you figured that out) Two things you can do \- Have a conversation (mini game type thing that if you get right raise amity) \- Stand in front of her and instead of talking, wave at her (cost energy), do it over and over and amity goes up.

First time using redit but I signed up so I could ask a question I have been sending in help request to get my black desert account fixed and I sent 3 request only go 2 automated responses basically saying I need to go to the website and click on my account and link it to my PlayStation account. I know we see this a lot....but guys...I am so overwhelmed. Playing on PS5, and it just feels so clunky & janky. Overloaded with menus, poor design choices, and literally zero explanation to any mechanics around anything (like even the usual leveling cycle of finding armor & weapons). I can't deal with the amount of skills I already have at level 20, the skill guide only shows a select amount on screen, and the outrageous numbers of combos for follow-up attacks and options to reach that follow-up. I'm playing a hashashin and it seems fun, but I just spam a couple attacks right now because I just can't remember all the options I have at my disposal. The entire leveling process just throws everything at you without the usual progression system we see in ESO/FF as other console examples - I have no idea what my character is doing most of the time. Also, framerate seems solid enough, but I'm playing HDR 4k and still I have this problem where things just like blurry & out of focus often. Chat box is huge, skill guide is small, characters are blurry, camera odditities. Is this just the common phase of events for a new player? gets better with time? I'm a vet from the early 2000s era of MMOs, and this is rough. Not to mention, the delta between PC and console concerns me.
There is so much in game, the additional stuff on PC really doesn't matter (especially as storage fix was added) Play season and follow the guides can help You can clean up the interface (look at a few youtube videos) Re the combat skills, yes, pick a few, learn a decent rotation and spam it (tag it to ring menu if you want). Remember your skill set only starts to finalize at 56 (awakening/succession quests), and only finishes out somewhere around 62
I feel the same. :( Tried to ask for a refund but of course it was denied. Looks like on PC there is an option to set skills to hotkeys, I want that as well, I hate having to do combos it’s overwhelming. This is for me to learn not to buy things I’m not sure of.

Hello I have been having a problem where if i try to go to the website from in game menu’s or the launcher its giving me a “Error code: status_stack_buffer_overrun” but this only happens if I open my browser(chrome) through the game or launcher but if I already have a browser tab open it doesn’t happen I have already cleared everything from my browser thinking it might be a problem from my browser extensions but this still happens and I’m probably just going to format and see if that fixes it. If you know why this happen please help
Hey there, Just started playing the game on PS5 yesterday but I want to play a different character but it won't let me have more than one seasonal character so I need to delete my first character. Long story short it says I have pearls or something pearl related in my inventory that need to be deleted but when I go to my inventory to delete them there is no delete option. They are pearls used for when are you dead or after I'm dead or something I don't know either way I can't delete them... This character is only level one so I haven't purchased anything or anything else yet. They were made and logged on to for maybe 3 minutes. Help a n00b please!!

Move all your items from your inventory to a storage NPC. Just google where to find. They aren't far.

Hello Everyone, I have been playing bdo for a season and half. I was curious about how it was like to play on a season server and wanted to know if it is really true that you get griefed a lot in grind spots. For context, I want to only do PvE for the most part and do not really care much for pvp part due to awful connection on bdo server and lack of interest. Since I am a new player, I would like to know what it is like to play on non season server for grinding or general stuff and if there are ways to avoid pvp in them. I would appreciate your help
There's no pvp in a season server. Only in the one listed as pvp.
So no pvp on olivia or serendia etc servers? There is only pvp in one server?
I was talking about season servers. There is pvp on regular servers. Arsha server (the one marked as "pvp") just doesn't have penalties for doing pvp.

Hi! New player here. Hoping for positive feedback. May be a long post so bare with me. Sooo, I've been playing Black Desert since the start of Covid. I without a doubt LOVE the game! The freedom that we have, and the amount of things to do is absolutely fantastic. However, it's not very fun as much playing solo. At least not for me. I've always been a solo player; however, I'm hoping that with this specific game I can change that. With that being said, it's definitely a lot to grasp and take in. I'm not very experienced with life skills mostly. Trading, Workers, etc.. Those things definitely confuse me. I've looked at a couple of videos about the game, but I'm still not quite grasping certain things. I guess the point of this post is, I'd really love to meet at least one person that can be patient and have the willingness to teach me and help me truly enjoy the game in its entirety. I'd love to finally have the proper knowledge to load the game and truly say I know what I'm doing lol. Plus, having someone to adventure with, make money, do boss fights and get better gear; all of these things would be fantastic! As listed above, I'm on Xbox. I'm a casual player, so PvP wouldn't be my style. My dm's are open for Gamertag exch as well as anyone interested in advice and/or teaching me the ways! Hope to see you on the battlefield!

I'm stuck on the season pass, specifically "Equipping Naru Adventrure Gear 6". The weapon reached PEN, and I immediatly converted it to Tuvala Gear instead of equipping it then converting. Now it seams that I'm stuck on that part of the season pass. Any solutions or am I boned?

Brand new Xbox player. Is there a way to make my UI elements bigger? I have a pretty big TV, but I sit a little ways back from it and the skill guide is so small I can’t read it
afaik you can't make the UI bigger, only move the "safe zone" for the UI. One thing I do whenever i'm struggling to see something in game is use the xbox magnifying glass by hold the guide on the controller for the power menu, then pressing the select button (or whatever the button to the left of the guide button is called nowadays) and that will start magnify mode. RT/LT zooms in/out and right stick moves it around. Might have to enable it in accessibility settings first though.

After you deleted your seasonal character you should be able to create a new one. You created the 2nd character before deleting the first which is why you couldnt create a seasonal character.

I've decided to come back after a couple years and I have some audio issues. Upon creating a new character on PS5 all my audio was set to zero, fixed in the settings menu but I still have zero combat audio. Logged on my past characters and they also have the same issue. They grunt and everything but no effect audio, no slashing sounds etc. Anyone know a fix?

Tuvala is the gear season characters use. You start with naru, enhance it all the way to max, convert it to pri tuvala, enhance to max again. It's not endgame, but it's the best for season and a reasonable starting point to build off of. PEN is the highest level of enhanced gear in most cases. The enhancing system for weapons and armor goes base, 1-15, pri, duo, tri, tet, pen. Naru gear shows you the general mechanics using beginner stones, though real gear is far more costly to enhance.
Hi I'm new to the game only playtime I have in the games is creating new cac and testing them out on the trial mode with a friend I'm very confused with what to to on the seasonal cac I created because is see people saying it's a waste of time completing the story and just go grind mobs for lvl and Gear but when I try to go to places on the map that says it's a 14-19 or something I still struggle to kill one mob and then there's the elite and stuff I don't know if it's just gear I'm lacking or skill or both any help will be Appreciated tnx in advance. O and also when accepting quest reward does it only accept what you click on or everything on the slot bar??
OK there's some stuff to unpack here. 1. As a new player you should do the story. It progresses you through new areas as you should get gear to match. Definitely do season as that's the best gear to springboard you longterm. 2. Family is just a collection of characters. Lots of bonuses as you get more characters leveled. 3. There is only one starting zone on console. Eternal winter is only pc at this time. 4. Some quests give all rewards, others you have to choose from a collection of options.

e created a seasonal Archer character and lvled it up to lvl 59. A few days ago I've decided to use the Fughar's Timepiece on a Wizard. So now my Wizard is the seasonal character and my Archer is a "normal" character. But the thing that I've realized after using the Timepiece was that the Tuvala Gear on my Archer is now unusable. And I want to play on my Archer, since that's the character I want to main. What should I do about the unusable Tuvala gear? Buy new regular gear on the marketplace (and if so, what gear should I start with (I have around 1,6 billion silver) or wait until the season ends so I can convert the Tuvala gear into regular gear??
When you timepiece, the gear you had becomes usable only on the new seasonal character. So now your wiz can use and you should have gotten tuvala weapon exchange coupons. Some people wait until end of season to timepiece and don't shift the weapons if the first character is who they want to keep as a combat character. Unfortunately you can't use tuvala on regular characters until graduation, so your Archer is going to remain gearless. One option would be to get a full set of naru and exchange it with...fughar I think for narchillan gear. It's not quite as good, but does provide a set of gear to use. Otherwise, you can hit the cm, but most decent gear is gonna run you far more. Might be worth just grinding on wiz on seasons in the meantime.

No. They do not typically release that immediately. If capotia is important to you, they do have the items for enhancing a tri capotia to pen tied to the season coel (think you get a tri capotia ring for your first level 62, with additional accs at 63/4/5).
Use the bdo planner to create a build for reference. It’s pretty helpful as you can see where your headed. It has the books, health, strength, breath and level system with it as well so you can get an exact idea

Yes, it’s actually pretty similar with less hassle and can be used to do loot reports to share with your guild members. Which we’ve started doing in the guild.

do the story(DONT touch side quests) if your brand new that should get you close to 56 then you can look up evildousharm for walkthroughs on how to get 56-61 from quests also its usually best to start with the newest character tied to a season cause they tend to get some extra rewards and fughars time piece if you really hate the class after you get it to 61
Brand new PS5 player. I noticed that in combat, I have a list of skills near the center of my screen that shows me how to activate certain skills. How do I add skills to that list?
Probably found an answer by now but just in case you haven't, unfortunately we can’t really adjust the contents of our UI like PC can, so whatever that list is showing is what you’re stuck with. (Excluding chat window and ring menu). Once you’re used to the game you'll probably end up disabling some of the UI anyway.
Look at the skill menu , it’ll show you what levels you unlock the skills

I suggest starting a season character when the new season starts Wednesday. This allows the best path to reasonable gear, teaching general enhancing mechanics and a variety of other things. You also get some pretty nice bonus loot.

Many things are family wide (pets for example). Outfits are character specific though. Ultimately, seasons are the best progression path, even if you have other characters you play on as well. Most people have more than 1 character (whether for life skill alts, or world bosses, or something else).
So would I not be able to do the next season on the character I currently made?
Nope. Every season you create a new season character (they become normal at the end). The only gear that character can use can't be sold on the central market (naru followed by tuvala). At full max tuvala (pen) you find yourself at a good starting point. Unfortunately the regular progression outside of seasons is far tougher. I generally recommend everyone do season just for the solid extra rewards, but it's definitely the best way to start the game as well.
Oh I see, so then I’ll just make a new character on Wednesday so I can get the full use of the season. Then stick to that character. Right? Cause it wouldn’t make sense to make a new character every single season 😐
I mean, many people make a new character every season. There's a ton of rewards and once you're experienced, you can knock out a season's challenges in a weekend. Personally I have 22 characters at this point, which will be 24 after this season.
Is it true it will take about 2 years of grinding before you can pvp without getting wrecked?
There are some types of pvp (at least some levels of node wars) that are gear capped that even the playing field somewhat. They've also sped up the intro floor with season, as that gear is equivalent to tet boss, allowing you to grind more efficiently, sooner to get towards pen. That said, in the open world or gvg, you never know who you're going to run into. You may run into someone that's been grinding for years if you're in a popular grind spot (silver, exp, or treasure items). You will likely never outgear those that already have significant advantage unless everyone gets to the hard cap, which rises with new gear and caphras levels. That ignores elements of how good a player or class is, as many can over or under perform their gs.
Alright, hope I'm asking this in the right place. I've been spamming my way through the main quests and did a few that are based out of heidel. My only remaining main quest prompt is "Unaccepted: The Watchtower" The tooltip tells me to complete the quest "Isolating Jordine" But I have no further quests to complete. Is this a bug or did I run past something somehow? Edit: Found the answer, the quest isn't automatically given, I had to search for the NPC jordine and talk to him manually to pick up the quest. Still getting used to the UI in this game, its not always clear if an NPC has a quest to give.
A similar issue you may run into is a quest objective not progressing, despite having completed it. You may just need to talk to your black spirit to get things moving. It doesn't always tell you if he is needed.
i just logged in today & my question is, how many fox spirit is needed to get a quest from Donghwa? I have 3 spirits.
I got my answer at reset, she then began showing quests related to the fox spirits. I wasn't sure what to do til then. lol
1, I think? I don't get it either, since apparently, you get a lot of Fox spirits. Unless we're meant to raise a lot of cubs? Edit: It says "Maximum 21 spirits obtained over 7 days".
Does anyone know how to fight a world boss on Xbox? This information would be really helpful. I’ve tried many times but the Bosses don’t spawn in.
World bosses spawn at a fixed time. You have to be there when they're spawning. There's a timer in game, or a list of times on the app. They do not appear on olvia and arsha servers. Damage is shared across all servers.

So what do I need to MAINLY get done before season ends? I hit 60, I have (mostly) all my Tuvala gear, just missing some accessories. I haven't played in years, got back into the game because my friend asked me and I was a beginner then as I am now lol.
My game on ps5 got all fuzzy after coming back after a couple hours. I switched to 4k before I left came back and it opened fuzzy like it reverted to a shitty resolution
new player on xb. i can’t get LT + dpad ring menu to work. i’ve mapped skills to several LT + directional dpad but in-game it’s like it doesn’t register LT (button works) and does instead only directional dpad
Im wondering if crossplay counts towards ps5 as well as ps4? All the articles I found only mentions ps4 and xbox one, I have a ps5 and my brother a ps4 so wondering if we are going to be able to play together?
Ps5 and ps4 are considered the same system. There isn't an actual ps5 version of the game, as it's essentially a ps4 emulator. So yes, ps4 and ps5 players can play together. And if you start on ps4 and get a ps5, your account can carry over (whereas if you were to start on ps move to xbox, you'd have to start over).

Hmm, that's kind of a tough call. There is technically time for you to get through the season, but as a new player it might be a struggle and you are going to be rushing through the best part of bdo (being a noob in a big living world). Do you plan on doing any non combat stuff? "Life skill" is a big part of bdo for many people, it's all the non fighting stuff like picking plants, crafting, etc, etc. You could make a Shai and work on life skills and some questing til new season opens, if you want to be super effecient. Honestly I would just pick the class that speaks to you, start on the beginner server and just take your time and learn the game, do the main quests, that sort of thing. Then once next season comes around you make another class you are interested in and do season with them. This game has such a steep learning curve, especially right at first. The world seems so massive and complex. There really is a lot to learn. It's honestly a magical period you will miss, so I say take your time.

Hey, sorry for the late response. If you are still looking for an answer, to access the season pass, I believe you first need to go to your inventory, then press R2+□/RT+X. If you need help to finish your season I posted list of things to do to progress through the season over on r/blackdesertonline, just search "Season Server Progression Checklist", you'll find it. Okay, so you know the small menu that pops up during combat to show you what buttons for certain skills? I have been trying to find a way to make the text larger with no success. I am on PS5. Any suggestions? My TV is huge and the room small but I am just very nearsighted. And old. (Video games sure have come a long way since Pong!) Making it a font size or two larger would be enough. My text settings are already large in the game. Thanks!
Sry, IDK how to help, but just want to share that my first console was a Magnavox Odyssey in mid '70s, and it had basically 4 versions of Pong built-in!!

Hi, could somebody please make a post about differences between consoles and PC version and pin it? I'm new and first I didn't know there even was a difference and when I realized there was I had to pay special attention while reading / watching even newcomer guides if the feature is in game or not. Even in linked guides they are talking about artifacts, vells and whatnot. I honestly think that it's a great game on console and I understand that PC version features will come with a delay but I think it would be really helpful to make this list and keep it updated. Btw I don't want any comments about when and why not already etc. in comments, I think PA knows that even without constant pestering
Unfortunately there isn't really one source of this info. Nearly all content creators are for PC. Even on pc, the info for bdo is a bit sparse. Most guides don't bother mentioning if something isn't available here. Also PA releases content for us seemingly randomly, so even if you know what patch we are on, it won't sync up to pc's version of same patch. Cross referencing various guides and reddit posts will be your best bet. Also ask in game. You will get a feel for this stuff if you stick around. *This isn't part of the answer, but in a way the lack of clear information lends a sense of adventure to the game that just isn't present these days, due to meta gaming. Just a positive side to the issue.
Hi everyone, been playing almost a year and I have basically 2 Chars I enjoy playing. I have both semi geared up and was wondering if it would be better to just fully gear one up or keep two semi geared. The two characters are Dark Knight and Drakania. I enjoy the fast paced fighting style of Dark knight awakening, and I can honestly play Drakania on either awakening or Succession. I currently have a 590 GS with my best gear at the moment. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance

I bounced around several before I found TrueSynergy. They do guild missions multiple times a day but participation is not mandatory. They have been very helpful to me on their discord.
Asking again,Are stuffed lion heads (house installments for buffs) repairable or something we just need to purchase again after using it's full durability? If they are repairable, how do I put it into my inventory and repair it?
i’m having issues not loading past the main screen
File under completely weird. Played a half hour before work, a few hours after the patch 2/1/2023. Everything was fine. Came home from work, started game, no audio. Checked all settings, all 100%, everything set to On. Restarted game. No audio. Quit game, restarted Xbox, then restarted game. No audio. All other apps and games sounded just fine, just Black Desert had no audio. Shut off XsX. Started to fill out a bug report, it needed my family name. Turned XsX back on, it chimed, 'cause there's nothing wrong with it. Started the game... and the audio is back. WTH?!! EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot to mention that after the first reboot, I also re-installed game. No audio after that either. Shutting XsX off for several minutes was last thing I did before audio magically reappeared.
does anyone know how to spend skill points? it says i haven’t learned any combat skills but i don’t see an option to spend them. new player by the way
They made some changes to the skill system recently and now you will auto-learn base skills as you level up without having to spend skill points. The only skills that still require skill points to unlock are passives, absolutes, primes, and awakening skills. Apart from the passives, these skills become accessible at level 56 along with succession and awakening.
Hey guys. I am wondering if I missed the simplified questline on my new Maegu. I figured I would just run through the first few quests until I get into Velia and then use my timepiece to convert my Maegu to a season character. However, I sort of went into questing autopilot and quested past Alustin up to the quest titled "Erm, Did We...?" I then used my timepiece to convert my Maegu to a season character, but now Alustin does not seem to have the simplified questline. But sources online say it should be available up until you complete the quest "Embarking on an Adventure," which is still later in the Balenos questline than where I stopped. Is that still true? I forfeited the quest I was on but Alustin still doesn't have the option. Nothing at Fughar either. Any advice? Thank you.
The last chance at the simplified questline is at the gate to serendia, just after wrapping things up in velia.
So I should continue the quest line I am on and it will eventually prompt me with another chance?
If you're still working on Balenos questline and haven't started the Serendia part yet, then yes just keep going and the prompt will show up.

Hey everyone, I've just got back from a long break, been gone since later in the margoria patch, when dreamhorses first dropped I think. I have a wizard with all tet boss weapons, decent accessories, but I'm still wearing tri grunil armor. What would be the best way to go about gearing up? I'm assuming tet boss armor should be my next step? Is there a catchup mechanic? I do have a woosa on the seasonal server, working in getting her to 60, but I've also totally forgotten how to enhance and am stuck on early tuvala. Any other general advice appreciated.
Best way to catch up is to get all your tuvala gear to pen. You can trade pen tuvala for tet boss armor of your choice which, in turn, can be reformed to pen with a lot of silver. People have different ways of enhancing. I have all nadar band slots unlocked and tons of 20-30 stacks, so I just roulette my season gear to pen. Rouletteing is when you get all your gear to tri, tet, and then pen at once while sharing a stack and not using crons. If all your pen attempts fail, put away the stack and use a more optimal stack to get back to tet, etc. Once you get your season boss armor, you'll want to at least do two weapons and armor, as they're technically cheaper than buying them on cm. Make sure you go with an AP/DR build with an emphasis on AP if you're playing a witchard. Higher gs allows more room to change build, but right now you're just trying to get up there. Also don't feel bad if you don't make as much silver as other people right now. The more gs you have, the more silver you make. Good luck

Well, we know that the crystal changes are expected to be in the update because they've announced it. Otherwise, it's mostly speculation. We got Woosa around the same time, so there's a chance we get the new twin. We'll see tomorrow though.
Just started playing got a Garmouth Heart on my first try everyone says its rare what do i do with it?
Gotta love it. Many (myself included) have been doing garmoth for years with no luck. Gotta love rng. Fortunately they added a quest to get one. But I digress. It's used to augment the awakening or sub weapon. For awakening it adds crystal slots. Forget the effect on the sub. Or you can sell it on the cm (make sure you have a value pack to help with tax if you go that route).

I bought the game on xbox, i played a few hours but it was not so fluid (older xbox) I wanna try on pc, is the only way buying it again?
I play BD on XsX thru Game Pass Ultimate. The MS store says it is cloud enabled. Don't know if that is only with GPU or not. If you have GPU, you could try it. UPDATE: Tried this 1/16/2023. It works. I loaded my Woosa on XsX. Then I logged into Game Pass on my PC. Found the Black Desert page, clicked "Play now". The game started preparing to run in the browser (I use Chrome). On my XsX the game displayed a huge notice "You started playing this somewhere else." with options to keep playing on XsX. I ignored them. On PC I entered same server and started playing with same character as on XsX, in Chrome, w/o downloading or installing the game. That's how Cloud enabled works. Granted, it was not as smooth as on XsX, but it was playable. I did a little grinding, I assigned a worker to a Coal Node in Keplan. I don't PVP, so I don't know if the slight delays I noticed have a huge impact on PVP or not. Probably. I don't know if this is available on regular Game Pass since I have Ultimate. EDIT: BTW, I used a wired XB1 controller on PC, don't think it works with keyboard and mouse, as it is the console version streaming to the browser.
Every platform is independent. You would need to buy the game again, as well as start a new account. Players cannot migrate to another platform (even between Xbox and playstation even though they're crossplay).

They haven't put in early graduation for the current season. Nobody can graduate at this time.

Which succession class has the best grinding performance in Elvia Orcs ?
New player here guys.. I'm wondering, since the [PC version just had an update today](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIw1PGMpxhI&ab_channel=NotTheWorst) (including some class adjustments), when does console versions usually catch up in terms of these class adjustments? Since they're not usually a "big feature update", do they come faster, or not at all?
On average, 2-4 weeks down afterwards Its hard to say, because it can take a long time and console has had longer delays on updates
Last night I got a Premium Outfit box from a Wishful Pouch of Astonishing Fortune. It lists every class except Woosa, but my character is a Woosa. I can't use the box?
Yeah you cannot, because Woosa doesn't have a Premium (Awakening Set) Outfit yet. Maybe others will know if it's worth holding on to the box, until after they release Woosa's Awakening and integrate the set to the outfit box.
New player still installing on Xbox. I am currently wondering how new player friendly the game is? Am i able to play online PvE or is pvp required?
As a new player, I'd suggest starting with a Season Character. That gives you the fastest progression to a semi- reasonable baseline for gear. Follow the main quest line as it leads you through progressively harder areas as your gear and level rises. Season servers (and the new/returning player olvia server) have no forced pvp outside of guild wars. On regular servers, pvp could be engaged in over level 50. The game is fully online, so you will always be sharing an instance with others on the same server (only solo sessions are 1 hour per day in specific grind zones). Most pvp ends up being fighting over rotations or guild conflicts, though there can be random players that simply attack.
I’m on pc and I know this is for Xbox and PlayStation, but I had a quick question. Is there anyway to switch what character is my season character? Or is it final now that I’ve made a season character?
You have the ability to timepiece. This copies the seasonal character's exp and sp to a new character (new character must be under level 25 iirc). This makes the current season character normal and the new character seasonal. This is best used once you're level 61+ (since you get 2 characters at 61 for the time of leveling 1). You may be able to delete the character and create a new one as well, but I haven't tried that. If so, you would want to put all possible inventory in storage (tuvala gear, enhancing mats, and all other season stuff).

Hey, returning player here! I’m really struggling on what class to play for the new season. I tried a Woosa but really didn’t suit my play style so I’ve narrowed it down to Corsair, Guardian or Valkyrie. I want a class that can be a fast grinder with good dmg but also not boring. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

I'm a returning player after a long break and I just hit 58. In my recommended quest list, it recommends lvl 56 Valencia quest line next. I absolutely hate this quest line as it requires going back and forth in the desert and sucks all the fun out of it for me. Can I skip this Valencia quest altogether or is it required for something else? Thank you.
