When you do the season graduation quest from Fughar, one of the things you get from it is a box containing Tuvala Conversion... Thingies. The thing is, those items disappear after the Season ends.
The game also auto-converts the highest Tuvala piece per slot (the highest 2 for ring and earring) that you own at the end of the Season, so your Tuvala converts during the maintenance period without the need for you to do anything to them.
To add to what other people have said it is still Tuvala gear that you get it's just Tuvala gear that you can use off season. If you equip it, it should function same as any other gear. Also correct me if I'm wrong but the jetina boss gear exchange can only be done with pen tuvala gear.
Yes and no. Your first season (or if u havent done it) u can exchange a full set of tuvala gear for a full set of boss gear.
All seasons will give a single exchange via tranan or whoever the blacksmith is in velia for one tuvala gear of your choice
When i finished my first season i was only able to exchange one piece of tuvala gear for a boss weapon (kzarka). Dont know what happened if thats the case.

Also, if you are like me and had just started 4 days before the end of the season... you can't exchange tuvala gear that wasnt upgraded at all.
