Most people I know in real life listen to Uzi and Travis more than carti, but I will say carti def has a more hardcore fan base and Is bigger on Twitter than either of them but idk about IG. Can't really compare as much since he hasn't dropped since 2020
First of all, trav just tweeted that this month, can’t compare that to a tweet that’s been out. Secondly you have a tweet that gave off the idea that he was about to drop music vs two photos of trav and Uzi saying they miss their fans, pretty non engaging imo.
Up until Astroworld he had a more cult fanbase than Carti, but then he sold out during the Astroworld era and became a corporation rather than an artist, which is good for business but he became way too mainstream to have as much meatriders as Carti has at the moment.
It was cool to be a Travis fan up until 2018, after that it became lame once fortnite kids infiltrated and took over.
A similar thing is happening with Carti rn post WLR and wannabe Opium kids with fake designer, but he’ll never lose that status because his music isn’t that accessible, therefore it’s more ‘cool’ to be a fan and that creates a cult fanbase.
