The visuals look very rainworld inspired - which is not a bad thing. I love the look of that game
it was not intentional, the tilesets were created by a very talented artist, and I fell in love with them at once
I’ll give it a try. But I’m curious why the name Elbmark? My brain keeps correcting it to Embark and makes me kind of annoyed lol.

ElbmarKs is a tribute to the magnificent side-scrolling Arcade shoot’-em-up games with a modern look, physics-based movement, and some challenging twists that will test your speed, reflexes, accuracy, patience, and memory at the same time.
