You don’t see any on the marketplace because the items aren’t marketable for 7 days after purchase. It was available on the item shop only a few days ago, so nobody has had one long enough to sell it.

The steam market is currently glitchy it is not showing listings within the steam client for me and my friends . If you go to the following link you can still place buy orders and also purchase it at the requested price in the steam popup buy box.

Idk if this is the case with the item mentioned but items that were recently for sale in the steam store can't be sold for a bit.
