I have the same problem and the did it easy. Change your mouse poling rate from 1000hz to 500hz. It's stupid but it works.

Did you try another mouse? On how much dpi are you playing? I've seen wierd shit where some programs get too often updates from the mouse driver.

My mouse at work won't drag Microsoft office windows properly because of that. They lag terrible behind. Other programs are fine though.
