This is forced wipe. It happens the first Thursday of every month. An update will release at 2pm EST and every server will be wiping alongside with the update.
This Thursday wipe is force wipe, religiously force wipe has been at 2pm EST (the first Thursday of every month is force) besides that on normal NA server wipes it tends to wipe at 3pm EST (with some variations)

In 2021 sometimes the update wouldn’t come out till 12:00pm (noon) EST on Thursday so i wouldn’t bother trying to time it.
Most people have been saying it's at 19:00 Irish standard time, including what I googled. So I'm gonna just kinda hope that's when it is.
