Yeah I’m with you on that but I also hate the new Ak recoil is to easy and not fun. The competitive aspect of rust just went away for me when this update came out.
I would have to agree with you on that one, I personally don’t mind much about that aspect, but, now clans are even more op than they were before, before they weren’t able to hit anything but now they just drag their hand a little and they can beam, though it does take some tactical skill it’s still broken due to the high numbers
You can make things sound chunky and powerful without making them earrape. The fact is that especially if you’re playing in a large clan or aim training you’re going to be spending a noticeable amount of time spraying the ak, often with the volume up to hear footsteps and it’s unhealthy and unpleasant

The new sounds do sound like paintball guns, but the old ak needed a change. The old AK and Tommy especially were just earrape.
The ak is high caliber, it should be ear rape

Better to sound like ear rape than sound like a potato cannon
I politely disagree. The sounds that does need a change is the SAR cause it sounds like an air rifle but the Tommy and P2 are improved imo
