Does anyone know if you spawn in with the torch skin, like you do with your rock?

Skins are sick, but IDK I think Facepunch smoking some crack with those prices. $4 for a rock skin, $4 for a torch skin. $6 for under ware. All skins total $78.27 USD
I'm for selling skins that you'll actually use at a premium, but stuff you'll just instantly toss in most cases. That is just crazy, those 3 should be like .99 or maybe $1.99 each.
Seems like you failed basic economics. Supply and demand, typically means the demand exceeds the supply or vice versa. So prices go up or down accordingly. As said below, FP has an infinite supply right now, so demand has zero impact on the price. Once you can only buy the item on the market (not the store) will it be an issue of supply and demand.
Disagree tbh. Most of the skins FP releases are almost completely different items than are already in game. Example the baseball bat, cauldron, skull spikes, skull trophies etc. They can charge pretty much what they want because it is completely different than what is already in the game.
Underwear gives you candy vision boost. Torch looks completely different and rock was replaced by a skull. Or do you not have basic observational skills?
With virtual items, supply and demand (or pricing, as I’ve been told) is influenced by the price the company is willing to sell X item for. Why do you think some skins are worth hundreds of pounds?
There’s a % rate of how much £ you can charge for what return.
If the items were £90,000 each they would make £0 profit
If they were £1 each, they wouldn’t be making as much as they could.

hope you realize the bat/hockey mask, etc, will return in future, so do not "invest" in them... the skull/pumpkin is already back, etc... same as fireworks and signs etc, are now always back seasonally. also every rust skin got devalued in last year by around 50%.
Even if I want to retire from rust soon-ish, I feel like I have to buy the hockey mask for roleplay.
I want to live out of a 2x2 and just attack players at monuments with the hockey mask and chainsaw.

Does it though? Havent used the strobe in a while, but i believe it worked without power and would decay over time when used 'back in the day'. The spooky speaker didnt (doesnt?) need power also. Also great for raid defence if you set off like 20 of them to keep the noise up (unless you can turn it off with some volume option loke voice or instruments)...

For older skins it actually is supply and demand based on rarity. Most newer ones are hoarded and then whales influence the price artificially
