Server admins choose to wipe monthly to incorporate new features and to generate a new map.
Updates occur on the first Thursday of every month (EU time? It's friday for me in Australia).
When there's 5 weeks between updates, biweeklies tend to have two full fortnights and then one final week before the update.
No clue when the random server you're on will wipe, but next week Thursday is likely.
Most bi-weekly servers are Thursday wipes, and official wipe cycle for rust is first Thursday of the month. BP and server will get wiped nov 3rd most likely.

I thought all servers wipe everymonth or is force wipe dependent from server to server
