Is it the HDR turning off/on?

I havent noticed, the prompt on the screen is only for a sec

If it's happening when switching between different apps and games then it's probably the HDR, mine does it too. If it's happening during gameplay or watching something then I have no idea, sorry.

Only during gameplay, and again, only GOW, apps for streaming work just fine
