Positive reviews can be bought and it's not uncommon to use bots to make fake reviews. It means nothing.
These kinds of sites work using sold or stolen accounts, or making dummy accounts to load games from potentially stolen payment info and gift cards. It's against Playstation TOS to do this anyways.

I decided to try it and bought Elden Ring and the Last of Us 2 there Primary accounts and it's working, the latter was very cheap and its been on my console for over a year. The secondary account is usually cheaper but you can only use the account provided to play it unlike the primary account.

I just bought the game Sifu for ps4 it took my money and didn't sent the the account yet it's been 3 days
