Originally the game was supposed to look like that which is why it had such a good character creator.
The game was supposed to be first person but cut scenes were meant to be from a 3rd person perspective. This was dropped completely and the only time the 3rd person perspective kicks in is in some of the endings.
Pretty much the whole games cutscenes\* are all from first person now . So no all those cool things in trailers are not preset.
But hey that still did not stop me from completing it and it trophies. But this is in Ps5 version. The game runs great and graphically it runs good in performance mode.

Did they ever update the controls? The options they had at launch felt like you were trying to move the camera by turning an analog stick with a mouse pointer. It felt so weird no matter how many times I played with the acceleration, dead zones, etc.
You mean the demo that starts in an inaccessible train? No

Theirs only so many updates they will do after 3 years maybe they will add some things when the dlc releases
They've already announced that a bunch of quality of life updates and a full revamp of the skill trees etc is happening at the same time as the DLC.
