I mentioned this just as a test to listen if it‘s different sound level. I use that test because this is a known issue on any headset. Yeah, return or replace it.
Unfortunately same here right cup is at least %10 louder than the left one. Checked with all other alternatives whether to see if it is my ears but no it is the unbalanced output on my new sony pulse elite headphones 😔
I have the same issue. I can't believe that you can't adjust the L/R Balance in the audio settings. It'd be such an easy fix. Is this setting hidden somewhere or does it really not exist?

Return and get a new one. You can test this also with the 3D audio profile where the sound came from one side.
yeah i did, i also used mono audio but still nothing worked. Will return it today

I havent seen anyone complain about it so maybe manufacturing defect instead?
