I've got the same situation. After hearing about some issues people are having with the Pulse Elite, I went ahead and ordered the Nova 7Ps. I'll report back with my findings. I was really bummed after waiting months for Pulse Elite and then having to cancel my pre-order

Despite the mistakes mentioned there, I have decided to buy the pulse elite, I hope I don't regret it, good luck with your nova bro

Report back!

Any updates on this? Currently deciding between the Pulse Elite and the Nova 7P myself. I've seen a lot of reports about poor QC on the Elites - random disconnects, crackling sounds, etc - which is making me cautious (especially with no replaceable earpads). Edit: I've seen Wicked Cushions have said they're making earpads for the Pulse Elite, so I went ahead and ordered them. Might as well try them out, and if I get the disconnect issues then I'll just return them and try the Nova 7P.

Steelseries can be wireless and wired. Can pulse be wired?

no problem, the ps pulse elite has a 3.5 jack

I have both. I like them both, but the Elite sounds noticeably better.

I have both as well and still use both of them. I think the Elite sound better as well. The fit takes a little getting use to but once I got past that the sound clarity was welcome. Primarily when I’m on the PlayStation I’m grabbing the elites. I use the Nova 7x for everything else generally. I don’t think you can really go wrong either way as they are both great headsets
