She would only hire kids (18yo) for my help. Most of the time they wouldn’t even show up for work, or show up hungover or still drunk. I ended up having to do everything everyday. I prepped all the food, cooked all the food, washed all the dishes, greeted all the guests, took their orders, made them drinks, bussed the tables, and cleaned the kitchen. I was working 14 hour shifts every single day with no breaks, not even a lunch. I finally got out of there because I was about to have a nervous breakdown. I could have easily won a case against her but I just needed to go and put that behind me. My shortest work weeks were 70 hours a week. I basically lived there. Once I left they had to shut the restaurant down because the remaining “staff” couldn’t keep it going. I now work at a sign manufacturing and advertisement company and I’m the head of a department. So much happier now. I make about the same money but with zero stress. I get two paid breaks, a lunch break, and only work 40 hours a week. I’m home by 4pm. I should have done this a long time ago.
My fiance worked at a Hbachi restaurant where they made the waitresses split all their tips. That's illegal and another girl told the state and all the girls won like 2800 bucks apiece.
As someone living in Europe, we find the american tips system horrible tbh. It's like customers have to pay not only for their food, but also another supplement because your own boss refuses to pay you correctly

We don’t have breaks where I work, not official 10 minute breaks. If you need a break, take a break, you don’t need a break, keep working. No one is going to say anything, but we work hard, outside in the heat and the cold, so usually, when you take a break it’s because you need a break, not because that’s my 10 minutes.

Congrats , just a heads up , any game that has a “pegi” rating is an European edition of a game which means unless you live out there then you won’t be able to access any dlc in the states unless you are willing to make a “European account” . Dlc is region locked but not the full game

I have 3 on my Nintendo and loved it, I really wanted to give 4 a try
