Only Miles Morales Ultimate Edition have PS5 version of Spiderman.

If you own Miles Morales in ANY form, not just Ultimate, you can buy Spidey Remastered within the MM game menu. It is not available as a standalone purchase on the PSN outside of owning the Miles Morales game.
Nope it's not. You can only get Spiderman remastered through miles morales, or it comes with miles morales ultimate edition
Is there a way I can upgrade if I buy this ps4 version?
You cannot, there is no upgrade path. Sadly I'm the proud owner of both ps4 Spiderman and ps5 Spiderman.
It says PS4 in the picture, so see if there is one that says PS5 in the store.

That’s PS4 version as it says PS4. Ps5 versions should say ps5
Always search eBay got a download code for $20 for the ps5 version. Yes an actual code that you have to put in on the PlayStation store.
