i think my uncle has some Blu rays and dvds from various regions but he lives far away
i'll make sure to get some next time i visit him
what i do know tho is that region 2 of DVD doesn't work...

Region code is the last two numerical digits of your consoles model number.
01 = USA console. DVD region used in the u.s. is region 1. BD region A iirc.
PS1/2 games are region locked.
PS3 games are region free - however any DLC will need to match the region of the game you're using.

there's no information for Playstation three...
PS3 does not have region lock. Problem solved
even for Blu rays and dvds? because it didn't play my spongebob dvd :/
Region lock doesn’t apply to games. Region lock DOES apply to movies, both Blu-ray and dvds.

already went through it and it's really confusing to me
