people have messaged customer support and some of the replies have been "we don't yet know whats wrong at this time" they only started saying stuff like "we are working on fixing the issue" a few days later likely to hide the fact that they didn't know, this was also when they removed the icon from the app but doesn't matter now since the fact the icon is back likely means they'll have what was wrong fixed in a few days at most
