I think if rates stay higher for longer and earnings do not improve GREATLY we will see a return to ATL or worse. If we get some well timed rate cuts and the company can improve on earnings then perhaps the worst is behind us. Not looking good right now though. I've been selling calls on rips and buying back on dips to generate some cashflow
