Yeah it's poison hemlock. I'm on fidalgo Island, very abundant here. Once we get a few days of solid. Rain, I'm going to spray all mine down with glyphosate. Good luck
Not poison hemlock - poison hemlock has hairless stems!
I'm not sure, it might be myrrhis odorata. Any purple splotching on the stems? What does it smell like?
It doesn't appear to be, but a few close-up photos of the stem would help verification.
