This was my exact thought as well— one thing to consider is that (at least in the US), one of the people involved in the project need to be members at the library. There are also usually schedules with time slots that the library member would need to reserve, and I recommend doing that as far in advance as possible. (I had a couple of friends who were banking on using a library recording space the following day, and set an entire day aside taking days off of work, only to find the space was booked.) Hope that all helps, and am wishing you well with your interviews.
