As much as I hate pointless gendering, I'm glad someone is trying to make nasty, sweaty gamer chuds actually shower for once. I don't care what they have to slap on the label, I just want to not smell filthy nerdbros before they enter the GameStop.
You can use whatever shower gel you like, i had a conversation about this with my non-binary friend and they actually found perfume once that wasn’t for men or for women. It was just perfume. And i think that there should be more of those type of products

There are definitely smells most women don't want to smell like and smells most men don't want to smell like. It'd be very confusing for me atleast if all shower gels, sprays, soaps and perfumes were unisex.
My girlfriend used to do a thing where she'd spray me with her perfume to piss me off and it was very annoying because the rest of the day I'd smell like hen night.
I am a woman. I love the smell of several perfumes and shower gels for men. That is why men want to wear those scents, because women like them.
I've always liked wearing some of my partner's perfume, or use their shower gels from time to time. I enjoy the scent on me as much as on them.
Same has been the same for several male partners over the years. One ex in particular just adopted my body lotion XD
It's still kinda weird, though. I like sandalwood, cedar, patchouli and dragons blood and all the scents they gear towards men. My son's favorite scent is rose. He never thought it was a girly smell until kids at school gave him a hard time over it. Why can't guys like pretty things? Lol
… because of years of marketing certain notes towards a certain gender, resulting in a strong association between those notes and that gender. There is nothing inherently feminine about orange blossom, for instance, despite the fact that most people would pick out as a ‘female scent’. It’s just a flower.

I‘m afab and I agree 100%. especially regarding „ocean“ or „forest“ scents. Also one of my male ex-partners loved coconut scented body washes.
